Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner are hitting another speed bump… this time in the real estate department!
The it-couple has drawn attention for three years now, but despite the length of their relationship, they have yet to officially move in together. On Wednesday, an insider spoke to The US Sun about how the two manage visiting one another on separate coasts… and spoiler alert: Kylie doesn’t travel with her luxurious wardrobe every time she wants to see her man. So she’s begun filling his New York residence with her belongings! The insider told the outlet:
“She isn’t the most organized. She is often forgetting what she already has there, so she’s constantly ordering new things to his address.”

The pair’s up-in-the-air future living plans are reportedly “stressing out” the Oscar nominated actor, who’s had to put his own things in storage to accommodate the makeup mogul. Wow! They reportedly both try to make one another feel as at-home as possible in their abodes. According to the outlet, Kylie has keys to Timmy’s New York City residence, and he has full access to her sprawling LA mansion, where he “has tons of clothes and shoes.”
“Timothée feels at home when he’s with her in LA, and he goes out of his way to make her feel at home in New York.”
The insider continued:
“She loves to surprise him by showing up unannounced, using her keys to be there waiting for him when he gets back. He always tells her ‘mi casa es tu casa.’”
So sweet!
While it’s reportedly been a roller coaster ride for the couple over the past few months, Timmy seemingly solidified their relationship at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards on Sunday, where he publicly declared his love for Kylie.

But we’re hearing their struggles are far from over… particularly because of said living arrangements.
According to the insider, the Marty Supreme star is a true and true New Yorker. Despite owning a mansion in Beverly Hills, he enjoys spending his time in Manhattan, which is becoming increasingly tough on his relationship with Kylie. The source noted she’s made “a genuine effort” to smooth out past disagreements, but wants her man “to relocate to Los Angeles full-time.” However, Timmy is reportedly “not ready to give up his New York life.”
“He’s very attached to his routine there and doesn’t want to uproot it. Right now, he also isn’t looking to be together around the clock — they’re both extremely busy and value having the freedom to spend time with their own friends and family.”
Not to mention Kylie is already a mom to Stormi, 7, and Aire, 3, with ex Travis Scott!
Another source told the outlet Timmy has offered Kylie to come and live in New York, but that “she loves her California life too much” to leave. So for now, they’re compromising with a “modern living arrangement” coast-to-coast.
One day a decision will have to be made, but in the meantime, the Dune star is “scared of losing his Big Apple routine.” The insider noted:
“The one time he prefers to be alone is when he’s prepping for a role. He needs to be in his own ‘bubble’ to focus and dive into a character. At first, Kylie didn’t really understand why he needed that distance, but she respects it now. She understands that this ‘me time’ is how he embraces a screenplay and ensures he delivers his best performance once the cameras start rolling.”
