Tori Spelling Rents EXPENSIVE House After Dean McDermott Goes Public With New Girlfriend!

Tori Spelling is ditching low-key RVs for luxury rentals!

As Perezcious readers know, the mom of five has had a rough year when it comes to real estate. From mold infestations, to cheap motels, and even hostage situations, she and her kids have adopted a fairly nomadic lifestyle, staying in one inexpensive place after another. Tough life with five kids in tow! But it sounds like things are finally leaning in a more positive direction for her.

On Monday, DailyMail.com reported that the 50-year-old has started quietly renting a fancy, fully furnished Woodland Hills home — for $18k a month!!

That’s right, we said per month! It’s a HUGE upgrade!

According to its listing, the California estate is a 3,300 sq ft rambler with four bedrooms and three baths — not including the extra one in the guest house. It’s said to have a sprawling kitchen with a dining room table for six, bar seating for four, a game room, flatscreen TVs throughout, hardwood flooring, and much more. The back yard is also stacked with an inviting patio and swimming pool to cool off in.

Sounds like a dream! Except, it’s not clear exactly how long she’s set to stay… We are left wondering how she can really afford it amid all those alleged money probs, though… $18k a month can really add up after… well, a month.

Plus, she’s been hopping homes month-to-month, so with only a couple weeks left in October, she could be looking into her next place soon. The outlet even reported she was looking at storage units and moving trucks in El Lay last week. Maybe this was the other part of the ‘lesson’ for the kids?? If anyone was buying that explanation for living so rough.

The gorgeous living quarters are definitely the polar opposite of what her estranged husband Dean McDermott has been calling home recently…

Earlier this month, the same outlet reported that the former Chopped Canada host was living in a five-bedroom apartment in the San Fernando Valley with four other actors… Not including his new rumored girlfriend, Lily Calo, whom he was spotted holding hands with earlier this month.

Speaking of which, it sure is inneresting timing for Tori to take the treat yo self approach. We’re sure Tori is still reeling from the news… but at least she’s doing it in style, right??
