You know he’ll be good on this show – he’s done this network television thing once or twice!
Prison Break star Wentworth Miller is heading to The CW for their new superhero show called The Flash!!
The executive producer of the Arrow spinoff Greg Berlanti announced the news this past Friday, and viewers should expect Miller to appear by the fourth episode of the series!
Wentworth Miller will be one of The Flash’s enemies, and his name is Captain Cold whose real name is Leonard Snart and he’s definitely one of the best villains in the series. Which means Wentworth will have tons of material to work with!!!
And for any fans of the comics who are worried about the television show mangling the comics – hopefully this statement from the executive producer/chief creative officer of DC Comics will ease their minds. Geoff Johns said:
“We’ve incorporated almost everything from the mythology into it and added a whole new backstory. [The Flash] is probably the most faithful DC adaptation ever.”
Wow!
That plus one of the sexiest men alive together should make for one explosive product!
We can’t wait to see Wentworth Miller back in his natural habitat — awesome television!!!
