Over the weekend, the Red Table Talk star shared a family photo — featuring husband Will Smith, daughter Willow Smith, and stepson Trey Smith — where she opens up about the marriages that are dissolving around her.

In the caption, the actress hopes that anyone going through a rough patch in their relationship can “find the patience and the love within to not throw the ‘babies’ out with the bath water.”‘

Miz Smith also shared a video message about her “deep journey” with forgiveness. She says:
“I had to clear myself of my own shame, my own guilt, and have compassion for myself and forgiveness for myself, and that actually gave me the power to forgive other people… And it came through me releasing myself and having the ability and understanding of how important it is to release other people and that, you know, none of us are perfect, we’re in this together, leaning how to love. And forgiveness is not really about the other person, but it’s really about us.”
Jada and Will — who have been married since 1997 — also share son Jaden Smith.
