This is just ridiculous!
A Brooklyn woman is suing Chanel after one of the fashion house’s rings sent her to the hospital.
According to the lawsuit, Rosy Mizrachi Gindi was trying on rings at the 57th St. location when a $10,000 bauble wouldn’t come off her finger.
After many unsuccessful attempts by the Chanel staff, Gindi spent 3-4 hours at the hospital before the talented doctors were able to pry it off without having to cut it. Rosy’s asking the Brooklyn Supreme Court for unspecified damages.
Maybe next time she’ll think twice about jamming a ring that’s too small onto her pudgy fingers.
