World's Tallest Dog Meets World's Shortest Dog

This is HIGHlarious!
Giant George, and 43-inch tall Great Dane, and Boo Boo, a 4-inch tall Chihuahua, met in New York yesterday. Apparently there were concerns that Giant George might try to eat Boo Boo, but when they met George was very gentle with his tiny friend.
Good dog!
Here’s our question: can you even call a dog that’s the size of a squirrel a dog?
