Last week it was revealed Zendaya would be getting her own Barbie doll designed after her Oscars look, and they finally got a chance to meet!
The Disney starlet was gifted her honorary doll at the Barbie Rock ‘N Royals Concert Experience on Saturday, with both of them posing on the red carpet.

Z took to Instagram, writing on one photo:
“When I was little I couldn’t find a Barbie that looked like me, my…how times have changed. Thank you @barbie for this honor and for allowing me to be apart of your diversification and expansion of the definition of beauty. Can’t wait to keep doing amazing things with you├░┼╕╦£╦£├░┼╕╦£╦£├░┼╕╦£╦£#besuper @luxurylaw @theshelbyswain”
While the powerful statement obviously wasn’t lost on the 19-year-old, it also caught the eye of the ultimate Barbie, Nicki Minaj!
She took to social media on Sunday, saying:
Congrats on your doll, Zendaya! Did u know Barbie made me one a cpl years back? ├░┼╕╦£┬ü├░┼╕╦£┬ì It was such an honor & a HUGE surprise. Anyway, I love your doll’s hair!
