Dani Brubaker is a liar!
The shady photographer was hired by Britney Spears to take "private" pictures of her and little Tater Tot and Small Fry.
Unfortunately for the mentally unstable Spears, Brubaker was not forced to sign a confidentiality agreement.
At the time she took the pics, Dani sent out a press release that went out to all the celebrity mags about her taking them. She then adamantly told anyone who called that the pics were private and not for sale.
She even posted this statement on breatheheavy.com – the most hardcore Bitney fan site – saying her integrity was not for sale:
My name is Dani Brubaker. I am the photographer that took photographs of Britney and her kids on two occasions back in early November.
Your site was referred to me as a place to be heard by Britney's fans, not by the tabloid media.
The images from the shoots were never available for purchase, although I have been offered upwards of half a million dollars. Recent postings indicate that I profited from these images. Which is not true.My integrity isn't for sale. I stand by my statement that "The kids are adorable and are obviously well loved."
… It's just so sad to see what the media does to her. Truly makes me sick to my stomach.
There wasn't ever a temptation, no matter what they offered. What I captured of her and the kids is truly beautiful and I just would not be able to live with myself to see those images in a tabloid.
How will Dani be able to live with herself now???
Well, sources tell us the dirty Brubaker was paid upwards of $1 million for the exclusive rights to use the pics.
Oh, yeah, and the cover is definitely a photoshop job of two different images.

I'm not worried about the pic being photoshopped. We do the same thing every time we have family photos taken. Do you have any idea how hard it is to get 5 people smiling and looking at the same place at the same time? One kid always has their tongue out or is squirming to go run. Perez, can you get a validation on who sold this photo to the magazine. On the MSNBC Meredith Viera interview with the Spears family spokeswoman condemning "Dr" Phils actions, commentary in the earlier part of the video seemed to imply that these pictures were sold by Spears herself.

01) If you see a Britney post on a website, magazine or newspaper, just don't read it nor look at the image presented.
02) Lets not comment on blogs when there is a Britney post.
03) When you feel the urge to search for Britney's latest news, try to think of something else to do. It must be something worth it and enjoyable.
04) Just take a moment everyday to realize that our interest in Britney's life (even though it's very minor such as reading up news on a celebrity) is actually building up pain and suffering into other people's lives. It's really sad how people tend to think that one little thing that we do doesn't matter.

Please, Britney Spears is more interested in keeping her face on the tabloid magazines then she is about keeping her boys. If she were truely and sincerely wanting to change the tide of the custody battle, then she wouldn't be acting the way she does. Here's a thought if you want your children back: 1. Stop doing weird shit, like driving around at all hours of the night to weird gas stations, etc,.etc,. 2. Actually start working with the court appointed monitor. 3. Sell your house in Hollywood, buy a house somewhere quiet and more down to earth and homey, keep your face away from the paps, instead going out and buying random things like Starbucks and booze, send an aide for a few months to do your errands and just lay low and focus on the custody battle. 4. Go see a pyschiatrist, to get help with your issues and to show the courts you're really trying to be stable again. 5. Focus all your attention on the custody battle, instead of dissing the judge and missing appointments all the time. 6. Don't hold your own children hostage from the cops. 7. Don't run red lights and speed with the court appointed monitor and your children in the car. 8. Don't wear clothes that show your cooch and ass and then "accidently" let paps take pictures of it all. I could go on…
