Vivica A. Fox is asking the Psychic Friends Network to “cease and desist immediately” the use of video and images of her “unauthorized likeness, footage, voice and photographs as an endorsement of their service.”
Uhmm, how is the footage unauthorized if she filmed it????

In an email statement, the straight-to-DVD Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous co-star (opposite Simpson) wrote, “Vivica A. Fox is no friend of The Psychic Friends Network.”
Then why did she record with them in the first place?!
There are no other details regarding her infomercial stint, the fliers and videos of which hit the internet yesterday, apart from the fact that it’s some pretty hilarious shiz!
