29-year-old David L. Johnson was arrested and charged in Glen Falls, NY for the possession and sale of crack cocaine as well as one count of fourth-degree conspiracy.
Classy fella!
Johnson broke his parole from a previous narcotics charge with the arrest, so the drug dealer was locked up at Warren County jail with no bail.
Even though the story behind Johnson's arrest is a bit of a snooze, his faboosh mugshot more than makes up for it!

I was born with a "lazy" eye. Fortunately, very strong glasses corrected it enough that I can wear contact lenses. You cannot imagine the physical pain that is associated with a weak eye. It hurts. It hurts when you try to really "look" at something, it hurts when you are tired, it hurts when it is tired. This guy probably has not had the $ to fix his eye. The last thing anyone needs is a fucktard telling them their eye is fucked. Thanks asshole. Mario, it was NOT funny.

I find this offensive. Being cross eyed is a disability and can lead to blindness if not taken care of properly. It effects people's self esteem and the way they are seen socially. This person in this picture is a douche for choosing to engage in drugs, but as for his lazy eye - there is nothing he can do about that, except for invasive surgery (that doesnt always work).

How dare you make fun of this man. One thing for sure, I have lived long enough to know that what you reap, you sow. Maybe not today P-athetic H-ypocrite, but in your life you will get to experience every single thing you have said, "how could they do that, why do they look that way?" I really find this pathetic and discrimatory. It's one thing to make fun off someone for not wearing under wear in public, being a total dive or some other fault that is a reflection of ones personality but seriously making fun of a physical disability is horrific. Before I felt bad that you had been punched in the face, now I wish it was me who punched you. As a female born with a lazy eye I speak from experience when I say how painful it is. For years I was harassed and tormented to the point that I tried suicide and suffered from an eating disorder. At the age of 16 I was picked up by a modeling agency that said they would keep me on if I fixed my eye. I had 3 surgeries, wore a patch for a year and it still can't be corrected. I refuse to look people in the face when I talk to them and refuse to have my photo taken, this includes photos with my daughter and wedding pics. I suffer from extreme migraines 3 times a week from straining my eyes and get dizzy if I drive for more then 15 minutes because of straining my eyes. You're such a complete ass hole and although I can't fix my eyes , you can fix the fact that your fat so work on yourself before you critisize others.
