    She is very relevant. SMG is both beautiful and talented. The show Buffy turned people off to her because of the subject matter, but if you actually watched it you would not that her sensibility as an actress allowed the gap between fanstasy and reality to be bridged. I am happy to hear that she will be returning. She was the only thing good about Southland Tales. I think she is amazing and smart, she could have easily fallen into the teenie-bopper movie craze and played herself out, but instead she has chosen interesting and unique parts that are challenging. Way to go Sarah!!!

    For those of you slamming the show Buffy…you obviously never really gave it a chance. Cheesy? Sure, in parts but Gellar was fantastic. It was such a well character driven show. There are actually doing a Buffy comic now so it's not coming back to tv. Joss Whedon is working on another show with Eliza Dushku (Faith) called Dollhouse. I think Sarah would do great on television again. And it's true that she was a snob on set. She is on NONE of the commentaries for Buffy. That's too bad, that's what made her famous.

    All of you saying that SMG "quit" Buffy are completely misinformed! It was the decision of both Gellar AND Whedon to end the show! Whedon writes the for the love of God, and it was obvious from episode 1 of season 7 that it was coming to an end, Gellar didn't say a word unitl Feb!      AMEN! Let's face it, like Elvis and Bruce Lee she just isn't getting any good roles. She should have never left Buffy. While she needed to persue other ventures that show made her as much as she made it. At the very least her return to Television would be wonderful (as long as its not Tru Calling or Bones).
