We Hope She Was Tested

Britney Spears spent her birthday on Sunday with her two children.

The troubled former pop star, though, started the pAArty much earlier – celebrating Saturday night until at least 4:30 a.m. at a hotel in LA.

Per her custody agreement, Unfitney is subject to random testing from the courts and she is prohibited from consuming drugs or alcohol within 12 hours of being with her kids.

Britney was photographed late Saturday night with a glass of champagne and a mojito!
