OK. Regardless of WHAT is going on in the starlet's life, it’s obvious that her + cars = STUPID.

First, Amanda Bynes was busted at the beginning of the month for driving while VERY drunk. Then, she was caught texting behind the wheel … while she crashed into a curb. Now, seems Amanda is back to her vehicular tricks as she held up traffic on Sunday night when attempting a 3-point turn in the middle of a busy, West Hollywood street.

Obviously, to anyone has seen Amanda Bynes as of late, this shouldn't come as a surprise, but regardless, it really is still so sad.

The former child star, who was recently arrested for DUI, has been spotted pAArtying it up - and still driving recklessly - since being sprung from jail, and sources close to her have revealed that this has been going on for quite some time, and she refuses to go to rehab!
