That's fantastic to hear, because education is so important regardless of fame!

According to Elle, Dakota's younger sister, Dakota will be attending college soon — and has even been spotted touring NYU and east coast schools!

Here's a little of what Elle said:

"I'm in middle school, so I'll be going into eighth grade. We go to the same school, and I also wanna go to college and she's going to college."

With the amount of shizz Dakota has been able to accomplish before she even graduated High School, we have no doubt that college won't be much of a chore for her!

Good luck, Dakota! And Elle, keep up all the great work! You have such potential!

Such a big day! Even for her!

Dakota Fanning may be an accomplished, successful and well-rounded young actress, but yesterday, she was just the proud recipient of a High School diploma, which she received at her Crespi Carmelite graduation ceremony held at Walt Disney Concert Hall in El Lay!

She's going out with a bang!!

Producers for Oprah's final shows are pulling out all the stops by having a star-studded farewell to our favorite television queen!

Some of the celebs that are lined up to appear on her show are Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, Rosie O, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett, Beyonce, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Madonna, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Halle Berry, Rascal Flatts, Dakota Fanning, and of course, O's pal, John Travolta!

This is going to be HUGE!!

Two of the final three shows will be filmed at Chicago's United Center where 20,000 very lucky fans will be in attendance to say their goodbyes to Mz. Winfrey. Tickets are in such high demand, some have been sold for $1,400!!!

Crazy!!!

The final three shows will air May 23, 24, and 25.

Get them Moscow Mules ready!

The Fanning Sisters were the best dressed siblings at this year's Met Gala.

Both of the the young actresses wore Valentino, but went in complete opposite directions.

Elle, the risk taker of the two, wore her third outfit from the A/W 2010 Valentino Haute Couture collection. Dakota, however, played it relatively safe in a Valentino Resort floral applique gown.

We gotta say, we're loving Elle's haute couture French maid look.

The cast for this movie keeps getting bigger and bigger! Things keep up, and pretty soon we'll have another New Year's Eve on our hands!

Back in February, we were very excited to hear that Michelle Pfeiffer was in negotiations to join Johnny Depp and the cast of Tim Burton's Dark Shadows!

Now, an actor who is no stranger to vampire flicks is in talks to join Dark Shadows, and that man is Twilight's Michael Sheen.

Sources close to the project say that Sheen is in early discussions to play Aro a supporting character in the upcoming vampire flick.

Given his track record, we're thinking Sheen would be a great addition to this film!

…If Dakota Fanning gets offered a role next, though, we'll start to get skeptical…

Move over, Olsen Twins! There's a duo of new young starlets looking to make NYU their new stomping grounds.

Sources are reporting that Dakota Fanning and Emma Watson may both be enrolling in NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study in the fall. Last spring, Dakota took some time off from skulking around as a vampire to check out the school. Now, sources say she's received an early acceptance into the program and is expected to enroll.

As for Hermoine Emma, Brown hasn't been living up to her expectations and because of her work schedule, Providence hasn't seen much of her in the last few weeks. NYU has though, as she reportedly took two tours this past week and seemed to really like the school. We imagine that settling in New York would be a good fit for her. She could keep modeling and acting in projects and since this particular program lets her design her own curriculum, she'll have a much easier time at juggling a career and her studies.

Sounds like a win-win for everyone ladies. The ladies get top-notch education and NYU gets three-times the applications from Twilight and Harry Potter fans, all hoping to catch a glimpse of the famous coeds.

Twilight vamps Dakota Fanning, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz were spotted at LAX heading out to film the franchise's final installment, Breaking Dawn.

Ashley looks like a regular jet setter with her chic coat and iPad, while Dakota looks adorable holding a fuzzy pink pillow for the plane ride.

Breaking news on Breaking Dawn! The Volturi have turned up in New Orleans!

Last night, in the dead of night, a band of particularly perfect and pale creatures were spotted on the streets of the Big Easy. Filming has been underway on the final installment of Breaking Dawn for awhile, but this is the first sighting of the deadly first vampire family.

Everyone was accounted for, including Dakota Fanning and Jamie Campbell Bower, who bundled in big parkas when they weren't shooting scenes.

Hmm. What scene do U think they could be shooting, Twihards?!
