A comic book writer wants Cowboys and Aliens to pay up for stealing his idea.

Steven Busti is suing the producers for infringement. The writer claims he wrotea comic created back in 1994.

You guessed it. The comic was called Cowboys and Aliens.

His version was published in another comic, Bizarre Fantasy. The producers of the movie created the graphic novel inspiring the Daniel Craig-Harrison Ford-Oliva Wilde movie in 2006.

Does he have any proof?

The lawsuit thinks so.

Busti states that his 1994 version appeared next a story about Scott Mitchell Rosenberg…

Rosenburg is a producer for the 2011 film. Ouch.

Kelly Ripa is one lucky lady!

The Live with Kelly host is getting two scrumptilicious gentlemen to sit next to her.

The latest on the list of guest co-hosts include Michael Buble and Taye Diggs.

Diggs will join her on Mon. Dec. 12 while Kelly gets to have TWO days with Buble when he sits next to her Dec. 15-16.

Those will be episodes you just CAN'T miss as Robert Downey Jr. and Daniel Craig will be the guests on those days. Rawr! Again, we can't help but say it over and over again: Lucky, lucky girl.

Fedora? Check. Whip? Check. Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones? Big Check.

The 69 year old actor is set to return as the daring archaeologist for a fifth Indiana Jones film.

Filiming is set to begin in 2012 and Ford will be 70 by the time filming starts.

In 2008, Ford was 66 when he filmed the fourth flick, Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. George Lucas is currently writing the story and Steven Spielberg is set to collaborate.

Ever since the divorce statement, the Kardashian brand has suffered a whiplash of negative feedback from fans and critics alike.

But who knew that out of all of those outraged by it, Daniel Craig would be one of them!!

In his issue of GQ, he let it all out. He's not necessarily upset at the short marriage, though (maybe he is, we don't know). He appears angry at the call for privacy just because the attention has become negative.

It seems according to him, if you invite the public in your homes for money, you can't push them out just for own convenience:

Skyfall is current in its tenth day of production and it is set to be released in 2012.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo books and Swedish film have exploded through pop culture and the stars of the American version will try to deliver the same success.

Daniel Craig and rising star Rooney Mara landed the cover of Entertainment Weekly and director David Fincher made sure the new Lisbeth Salander was ready for what's in store.

Mara recounts her conversation with Fincher:

Back in June, we had heard that Daniel Craig's new Bond girl would be Pirates of the Caribbean actress Naomie Harris.

Then in July, we heard that Naomie's role in the new Bond movie would be as M's assistant Moneypenny.

THEN yesterday we heard that Ms. Harris would actually be playing a field agent named Eve in the 007 movie.

AND NOW, we're hearing that Naomie WILL play a character named Eve…who eventually becomes Moneypenny! Ah…we get it now!
