When it comes to remakes or reboots, we aren't always on board with Hollywood going back and recreating some of our favorite flicks — but Disney is a different story!
After making live action versions of both Cinderella, and most recently The Jungle Book, the famed movie studio has set its sights on Beauty and the Beast, and now we have our FIRST trailer!
But if you're still not sold, you might be interested to learn that Harry Potter's Emma Watson is playing Belle and the flick also stars Ewan McGregor, Luke Evans, Emma Thompson, Stanley Tucci, Ian McKellen, Kevin Kline, and Josh Gad!
Ch-ch-check out the magical first trailer (below) and let us know if you'll be catching Beauty and the Beast when it hits theaters March 17, 2017!
2017 can't come soon enough!
According to FX Networks, Ewan McGregor is set to play not one but TWO characters on the third installment of anthology crime series Fargo.
Per sources connected to the show, the Moulin Rouge star will embody Emmit and Ray Stussy, two starkly different brothers living completely different lives in Minnesota. While Emmit is a successful "Parking Lot King" living the American dream, his younger brother is a total failure.
Unsurprisingly, Ray blames his brother for his hard times and viewers will get to see this tension play out on screen.
Well, it sounds like we have quite an intriguing plot on our hands! It will be really interesting to see how the actor takes on these dueling personalities. Maybe McGregor should call up Lindsay Lohan to hear how she handled The Parent Trap!
As of now, production will begin some time later this year for a tentative 2017 premiere.
The gang is back!
We've been itching with anticipation for Trainspotting 2 to come to fruition — and it looks like the long-awaited sequel is finally happening!
On Monday, Sony dropped a short teaser for the sequel to Danny Boyle's 1996 cult classic to announce that production would begin today, May 16 — but the good news doesn't stop there!
While the clip doesn't show any new footage (because they haven't filmed any yet, LOLz), it DOES confirm original cast members Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremmer, Jonny Lee Miller, and Robert Carlyle are all returning for their next fix!
No U.S. release date has been announced just yet, but the highly-anticipated sequel is set to hit U.K. theaters January 27, 2017!
Ch-ch-check out the teaser for T2 (above)!
Back in 2010, director Danny Boyle excited us by confirming a sequel to his cult classic film Trainspotting.
Since then, we've heard bits and pieces about when we might actually receive the highly anticipated follow up and just back in December we learned that Sony's Tristar Pictures announced that it acquired worldwide rights to the film!
Well now the star of the first film, Ewan McGregor, has given us a bit more insight into the flick as well as shared an update on what to expect!
While chatting about his upcoming movie Miles Ahead, Ewan dished about his excitement for filming the sequel in May, saying:
Like father, like daughter!
While Clara's father may be the famous one in their family, the 20 year old totally upstaged her dad at the industry event. My how they grow up!
The duo were perfectly coordinated as the aspiring photographer rocked a silk black jumpsuit and her poppa wore a pair of bright red tartan trousers with a black dress shirt. Not to mention, the A-lister and his flesh-and-blood added a little punk rock flair to their outfits by wearing black boots.
Miz McGregor is the eldest of Ewan's four daughters with wife Eve Mavrakis. Want to learn more about Clara?

Of course with the kind of money and success the sci-fi flick has had, sequels are inevitable!
While you may have known we're getting five more SW films before 2020 — Star Wars: Episode VIII (which has already started filming), as well as spinoffs for Han Solo and Boba Fett — apparently there could be A LOT more flicks from the franchise coming our way!
The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams opened up to The Sun about future projects saying:
This is so cool!
Now, Ewan just spoke with Jimmy Kimmel about that part, and how he got it from director J.J. Abrams!
