Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry are back together…in court.
The super model is attempting to "substantially increase" his child support monthly payments from Berry even though they both share custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla.
This isn't the first time that Aubry has taken Berry to court for financial reasons, and until their custody battle is over it probably won't be the last.
There are two sides to every story, but if Aubry really is seeking an increase in money that will be used to support Nahla and her only, then maybe it is something worthwhile for the courts to consider.
Legal matters are a long and complicated process, though, so fasten your seat belts folks - it's gonna be a bumpy ride.

Halle Berry believes the winds of her custody battle are changing.
The actress and her model baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, have been feuding over the custody of their 4-year-old for, what seems like, FOREVER.
Berry's most recent scheme to separate her daughter from Gabe, is an attempt to move herself, her fiance Olivier Martinez and little Nahla to France for "safety."
We assumed that the judge would stop Halle from making this bold (and kinda cruel) move. But, pics from Halle's recent trip to Paris reveal that the star is visiting prospective schools for her daughter.
Obvi Halle is banking on a ruling that will allow her to move her fam over seas.
