Following in the footsteps of her Million Dollar Baby co-star Clint Eastwood, actress Hilary Swank is suing a company for using her image without her permission.

She filed a lawsuit in El Lay court against Robert's Home Audio and Video for using pictures of her from the Oscar-winning movie in an advertising campaign.

What's up with company's trying to fake celebrity endorsements these days?

Clint Eastwood took a furniture company to court last month for using his name to sell products, but now George Clooney and Julia Roberts are having similar problems.

Both A-list stars have filed a joint lawsuit against audio-visual companies Digital Projection, Inc. and Beyond Audio for using "large photographs of Plaintiffs in Defendants' advertising, marketing and promotions."
