This is just so disturbing.

Melissa McCarthy is walking a fine line with this gown.
On the one hand, the black on black on black is a straightforward, elegant choice. And she's certainly accessorizing well. But is it all a bit too safe?
There's such thing as too subtle, and this is bordering on the boring. It's certainly somewhat somber in the daylight.
We think we COULD love this with a little tweaking- we just wish Melissa had a splash of color in here somewhere.

Melissa McCarthy truly delivered fashion-wise at the El Lay premiere of Tammy yesterday. We don't think she's ever looked this edgy and on-trend before!
We love it!
The actress embraced leather like so many other celebs and put on a black quarter-sleeve dress with mesh hem, pairing it with Tabitha Simmons leopard-print, lace-up sandals for an extra dash of spice.
Everything about the look, from her highlights and bangs to her black manicure, was just perfect!

She's come a long way, baby!
Melissa McCarthy admitted in a recent interview that she used to have a lot of hang-ups about her looks when she was younger.
In fact, she used to cry all the time! She said:
This. Is. Outrageous.
But alas, that was the case for the Bridesmaid star two years ago when she got an Oscar nod for her role in the HIGHlarious flick.
Like many stars, when she found out she was nominated, Melissa had to look for a glamorous red carpet attire and started contacting designers to dress her for the event!
Which then led to the disappointing answer she received.
That incident was essentially the reason why Melissa decided to start a plus-sized clothing line.
She revealed to the July issue of Redbook:
Printed and pretty!
Melissa McCarthy did more than impress when she hit the red carpet at CinemaCon’s Warner Bros. presentation in Vegas on Thursday.
The Tammy star opted for a patterned, black and white Eloquii frock, which she paired with cobalt blue sandals for a touch of color.
She probably could have gotten away with black heels, but we are SO glad she added the electric shade to her ensem!
Plus, it totally makes up for having minimal accessories.
