Despite her beautiful voice, Michelle Williams has had depression, and she ain't afraid to talk about it… not anymore at least.
While rehearsing for her Broadway musical Fela!, the Destiny's Child singer revealed that she's suffered from moderate depression, adding:
Yowza! Look at that body!
Michelle Williams has been hiding her slamming figure all these years, but the most recent issue of GQ reveals she's just as hot as the sexpot actress she's portraying in My Week With Marilyn.
Needless to say, there will be a lot of happy gentlemen reading this issue!
Check out more seksi pics of the steamy starlet below! Do U think she compares to the legendary Marilyn Monroe?
Preach it, gurl!
Cancer survivor and early detection advocate Fran Drescher is one of the many people joining together to send New York Governor Andrew Cuomo a message — don't frack New York!
The Happily Divorced star and FitPerez contributor placed her John Hancock on a letter written by Heinz Award-winning biologist and cancer survivor Sandra Steingraber, which demonstrates links between the controversial energy-extraction process, known as hydrofracking, and cancer.
Michelle Williams has been through some very real hardships, and has used meditation and yoga to get through them. When her former partner Heath Ledger died she used meditation to cope, and since then has done yoga to make her a better person.
That’s why she and two friends have created the Yoga For Single Moms Project:
“A visionary project to support the sometimes challenging path of single motherhood by providing a yoga sanctuary for your health and well-being. And a fun place for your young ones to explore, create, play and be kids through yoga!"
Michelle talked to Marie Claire about her vision:
“Yoga gave me relief like nothing else; it made me a better person and a better mother. I could come back to my daughter anew. And then I started to think about how expensive it is to get a babysitter to take a yoga class, which makes it out of reach for so many women… The idea behind the program is that if you can clear the time, we do the rest. It provides childcare while the mum is in the yoga class, and it's all free.”
We love this idea! Yoga relieves stress, which single moms need more than anyone else!!

While most of Hollywood is starving themselves sick to stay thin, Michelle Williams was reportedly working on adding 15 extra pounds to her waistline in one month!
Jamie Patricof, a producer on the flick Blue Valentine, revealed that Michelle committed to her role like not many other actresses would have while filming. He explained that his star had to put on 15 pounds in the one-month break between shooting the flashback segments of the film and the present day footage. There was to be no prosthetic tummies for her! She does, after all, bare it all!
And by golly, Jamie revealed that Michelle went through with it, eating ice cream like crazy, to add on the pounds. As an added bonus, not only did she shoot a Vogue cover shortly after adopting her curvier figure, but she also shot some of her racy sex-scenes for the movie while a bit heavier. (The film is still holding on to its NC-17 rating, you know)
We'd love to hear what she has to say about the whole experience. We bet it was rather eye-opening!
