The annual list is based on money AND fame, with fame being defined as media visibility and social media presence!

While Oprah stays snuggled in at second place like last year, Justin Bieber follows right after the talk show legend, ranking at number 3 and earning $55 million.

Though second (second is the best…?), Oprah STILL ranks as number one in TV/Radio AND in earnings, making $165 million in just this past year!!!

Fire up your TVs: Carrie Underwood and her NHL player husband, Mike Fisher, are set to have a talk with Oprah for their first interview together!

Oprah is traveling to Nashville, Tennessee for an intimate in-depth interview with Carrie and her husband Mike where they reflect on her rise to stardom and look back on her journey. We'll even get to see where the adorbs couple are planning to build their dream home!

And Carrie deserves it too -- she recently became only the second country artist in history to have three consecutive albums debut at #1!

Plus she's totally the best-selling American Idol, hands down, with more that 14 million albums!

Everyone knows Oprah was one of Barack Obama's biggest supporters before during the 2008 presidential election. Ever since their big victory, the network owner and the President have maintained a very close relationship — but the same canNOT be said about the first lady!

According to a new book, The Amateur: Barack Obama in the White House, written by former New York Times Magazine editor Ed Klein the two powerful women have been "at war" since Berry was elected.

Turns out, Andy makes for an even better guest!

The BRAVO star recently visited the set of The Wendy Williams Show, where he opened up about his feud with Oprah Winfrey. That's right, a FEUD with OPRAH! (What's wrong with him??)

THEN, Wendy got Andy to play a game made famous on his show, called Plead the Fifth. Andy reveals that his fave Housewife and that he has MADE OUT WITH LANCE BASS!!

Oprah stopped by Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka's house to dish with her future guests on Oprah's Next Chapter.

But the biggest star of the group was the pooch!

Watson charmed the talk show host so much that Oprah had to squeeze in a hug with him.

With David's help of course!

Oprah has five dogs of her own so it was easy to see that she's a HUGE dog lover!
