Aliana T. Lohan has scored another magazine cover!

The 17 year old model is on the front of Page Six Magazine's December issue looking Photoshopped to the max.

Ali also went out of her way to dispel those plastic surgery rumors, telling the mag it's "not the right thing to do":

"I'm 17 years old. That's not legal! I would need my mother's signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No! It's stupid. I don't listen to it. It's absolutely not true."

And there you have it.

Okay, this time it's not really that big of a deal, but still can't this gurl ever escape breaking the law??

Lindsay Lohan got a parking ticket when she parked in a red zone in front of a fire hydrant while visiting El Lay's Nine Zero One salon.

And not only that - but her sister Ali was sitting in the backseat! WTF! Ali, you should have been the good sister and moved that car for Linds!

Witnesses say that Lindsay "appeared a little worse for wear." She was displaying some pretty bad bruises and bleached blonde hair as she was walking out the salon.

Look. We're just happy this was a parking ticket and not something worse! Just try to stay on the GOOD side of the law, mmkay??

The birthday girl celebrated in style, but thankfully, in a low-key affair, with sister Ali Lohan and brother Michael, Jr. at Geoffrey's restaurant in Malibu, Calif.

Linds received a special gift from her dad Michael for her 25th birthday. He bought her a vacation to Costa Rica so that she can "get away from the spotlight and relax" with her mother Dina and siblings.

The day seemed to be a pretty good birthday for La Lohan, except for earlier in the day when she got a parking ticket outside her Venice, Calif. home. Whomp whomp!

Hopefully that Costa Rica vacay comes sooner than later!

Lindsay Lohan getting her roller coaster on in a big way with brother Michael Jr. and sister Aliana at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA yesterday!

Must have been trying to get in some last minute fun before her date with the judge this morning!

From now on, she's just Lindsay.

According to her mother, Dina, Lindsay has decided she no longer wants her father's namesake attached to her own. Apparently, she is in the midst of legally changing her name to just Lindsay, in the vein of other famous celebrities.

It's true. Most of the greats have just one name.

Oprah. Madonna. Cher. Prince. Elvis. Rupaul. Tiffany. Shaq. Socrates. Nostradamus. Stalin. Brandy.

You get the idea.

Anyway, Dina explains further to sources:

"Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."

Wow. Severing all ties to Michael, huh? Drastic move for attention.

Another close family friend adds:

"So many of the greatest people in showbiz are known by just their first name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list. And it's a way for them all to start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay's father [Michael Lohan] anymore and that includes sharing a last name."

You know, girl's gotta do what she's gotta do, but she really doesn't have to go through so much trouble to disassociate from her father. In truth, she's brought much more notoriety to the name "Lohan" than her publicity-lovin' papa.

Wait, does this mean we can't call you LiLo anymore???

Oh, for goodness sake - and after everything he's put his family through?!

Enough is enough!

Michael Lohan is currently shacked up in Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab, seeking treatment for 'anger issues,' and sources close to production have revealed that during his time in the facility, he's come to the conclusion that he still loves his ex-wife Dina, and wants to reconcile with her and his other children!

The insider explains:

"Michael has been revealing that he wants to get back together with Dina. It's a shocking revelation, to say the least. Michael feels that Lindsay's troubles are because of his divorce with Dina. Michael wants his family back. Michael is realistic that too much may have happened and that it will probably never transpire, but he says he loves Dina, even after all of the bad blood that's been split. He boasts that he talks to Lindsay at least once a day, but it's never while the cameras are rolling. The problem with Michael is that things are seemingly different in reality than how he describes them, or recalls them. Dr. Drew isn't certain about how honest Michael is being with him and in the group setting. Michael would love it if Dina, Lindsay, Michael Jr., Cody and Ali all came. He is doubtful that will happen though because they refused to participate in 'Family Day,' which was last weekend."

And isn't it just all so convenient that there's a camera crew around to document the whole thing?

Good lord! Give us an EFFING break.

Frankly, we think he just needs to count his blessings that ANY of them still communicate with him AT ALL, given how he still manages to find ways to exploit his relationship to them as a means of getting press.

So sad.

Yesterday, Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving a medical building in Brentwood before having lunch at Katsuya with her sister Ali.

It's good that she is taking some time to relax and do some normal things before her hearing tomorrow. We don't know how it will all pan out for her, but we're hoping for the best.

She could still turn herself around, you know! There's still time for this one!
