Sometimes Anderson Cooper reports on violence in the Middle East and sometimes he's putting bird poop on his face.

All in a day's work for this hard-hitting journalist.

The Silver Fox demonstrated that he is willing to try basically anything when he allowed his co-host Jill Martin to dab bird poop cream on his during a segment on his show Anderson Live.

He only managed to bear the poop facial for a few seconds before getting a whiff of it and wiping it off.

Looks like Anderson Cooper didn't inherit the style gene from his fantabulous mother Gloria Vanderbilt.

In a clip from his show Anderson Live, the Silver Fox admits to guest co-host Stacy London of What Not To Wear that his standard daily outfit consists of a pair of jeans and a hoodie, and that he only washes his jeans twice every six months.

Only twice in six months?! There's probably some type of unidentified mold growing on them by that point!

We hope the stylists on his show insist on putting him in a clean pair of pants every day!

His outfit would have been PERFECT if he had been carrying one of those crocodile backpacks along with him, though!
