With all the Sex and the City 2 hoopla we almost forgot that Sarah Jessica Parker has twin baby girls at home!

Although, honestly, with the names Loretta and Tabitha, you'd think she had two old ladies instead!

SJPeePee reveals some of the joys and fears of motherhood in a new interview.

Here are some HIGHlights:

On being on diaper duty:
“I love the smell of diapers; I even like when they’re wet and you smell them all warm like a baked good."

On son James Wilkie picking Loretta's first name "Marion":
“He told me he really wanted Marion to be in the mix. We thought, ‘Are we crazy? Do we let our son name one of the girls? Is that the right thing to do? Is it important for him?’ And then he goes, and I want it legal.”

On the girls:
“I have a fear that they’re not going to like me."

On her daughters utilizing her amazing wardrobe one day:
“The only tragedy would be if their feet are bigger than mine.”

That would be tragic! Think of all the Manolos and Loubs these chicks will have at their fingertips!

But yikes! Only a mother could love the smell of her kids' dirty diapers!

BLECHHH!

Oh, we WISH it was Barack and Michelle Obama!

But it's another fabulous political couple!

Apparently, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla Bruni are planning to have a baby!

Their millionaire friend Jacques Seguela, who introduced them on a blind date in February 2008, says of their family plans:

"Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni very much want to have a child. Carla has already said so several times, otherwise I would not be allowed to say this. Everyone knows about it now. They are a young couple, and like all young couples, they want to start a family."

Sarkozy is 54 and Carla is 41 so we're not sure we'd call them a "young couple," but they're definitely young enough to have a child these days!

Sarkozy is also rumored to have said that a baby could help secure his re-election in 2012. An insider says:

"It seems the president feels that due to his age, if he doesn't have a child now, it will be too late. He also believes that such a happy event could be a vote winner in 2012. So for both these reasons the timing would be perfect."

The French president already has 3 sons aged 12, 22 and 24 from previous marriages and Carla has a 9-year-old son.

Maybe they'll have a girl and mix it up a little bit, but it's definitely official: Carla's on bump-watch!

Scrubs co-stars Sarah Chalke and Judy Reyes are both expecting something better than a season renewal!

According to Life & Style, Reyes is sperminated with a baby boy, who is due on Christmas and Chalke is preggers with a little girl coming in early December.

“We just had a talk about what it’s going to be like once they’re really here,” said Judy, “and both of us have no freaking idea what it’s going to be like!”

Awwww!

They're gonna be some very hawt mommies!

Babies, babies everywhere!

We have gotten wind that two celebrity babies have joined the world recently!

Actress Mary Stuart Masterson and husband Jeremy Davidson recently welcomed their first child, a baby boy on October 11th, while supermodel Karolina Kurkova also gave birth to a boy last Thursday.

Aw, maybe they'll be playmates on the Malibu playgrounds!

Of course, we know all of you are wondering if any of them have a stupid name like Tape or Fuel Injector:

Karlina and her husband film producer Archie Drury named their son Tobin Jack Drury, while Mary has yet to announce what they have named their little man.

Congrats to you both!

Mariah Carey just loves to keep us guessing.

The Obsessed singer attended the AFI FEST 2009 screening of her new movie, Precious, at the Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Sunday.

Accompanying Mimi was her hubby DJ Sex Fingers, aka Nick Cannon, and we'll admit, Nick was looking pretty good.

Even Mimi was looking hot, from her makeup to her hair. But what was going on with her midsection?

Seriously Mariah, are you getting fat or finally preggers?

It's hard to tell if it's the return of Mimoo, but that looks like a bump in her tummy.

Gwen Stefani wasn't the only hot celebrity momma dressed up to go trick-or-treating with the kiddies this weekend.

Christina Aguilera joined in on the fun with some matching outfits for her and the adorable little Max Liron.

The mommy-son duo went dressed as skeletons with Aguilera also sporting a pirate eye patch with a skeleton on it.

Looks like the Jolie-Pitt kids are big fans of Nick Jr!

The worldy family was spotted this weekend trick-or-treating in Los Angeles. And poppa Brad Pitt went dressed up as DJ Lance Rock from the kids show Yo Gabba Gabba!

Angelina Jolie was apparently some zombie or ghost as she rocked the grey hair and some fake blood on her face.

8-year-old Maddox went dressed as what appeared to be a dead soldier while Zahara, at 4-years-old, opted to be Batgirl.

The adorable Shiloh (which we can't believe is three already!) went dressed as a little jet fighter.

Pax also tagged along but managed to hide from the photogs.

Knox and Vivienne stayed at home this year. Hopefully we'll see them out before Halloween 2010!

Gavin Rossdale is one party pooper!

Many parents dressed up on Saturday to take their kids trick-or-treating, and Gwen Stefani wasn't about to miss out on the fun.

Gwen rocked it as the cowgirl Jesse from Toy Story 2.

Her tots, Zuma and Kingston, looked adorable as little dinosaurs.

And as the family went out trick-or-treating in Los Angeles, Gavin decided to play it down - way down - in some jeans and a tee shirt. Was he going for the '90s rocker look?

Even though Gavin didn't join in on the dress up fun, Zuma and Kingston looked like they were having a great time.

Hope they got lots of candy!

Mel Gibson became a father for the eighth time over on Friday!

Gibson's child bride fiancé, Oksana Grigorieva gave birth to a bouncing baby girl on Friday, and the family has already returned to their home to enjoy the new bundle of love.

Wonder how Mel's ex-wife feels about it????
