Keith Urban brought pregnant wifey, Nicole Kidman, up on stage at his Chicago concert this past weekend.

The country crooner had the audience sing the Australian actress Happy Birthday.

Nicole just turned 41.

She looked slightly uncomfortable up there on stage and by the attention, but we think that was very sweet of him!

More babymomma drama!

50 Cent got some good and bad news today, Friday.

The good news is that he's going to be seeing his son, Marquise, again!

But, the bad news is that a judge has granted baby momma Shaniqua Tompkins a temporary restraining order against Fiddy, which will require him to forfeit any guns and other firearms. Also, any pickup and drop off of the youngin' must be done "at curbside."

The rapper isn't allowed to be on the same premises as Shaniqua, who has made claims that 50 burned down the house he was trying to evict her out of.

Shaniqua's lawyer will reportedly argue for a permanent restraining order against Fifty next month.

50 is working on a defamation suit against the babymomma.

Mr. Cent, the ball is in your court!

Little Jamie Lynn got pregnant at the age of 16, so it wouldn't surprise many to find out that her babydaddy is a college dropout!

On the bright side: at least he's gainfully employed.

But, they'll still need mommy's millions to raise the baby!

Spears' fiance, Casey Aldridge works as a pipe layer, according to the Associated Press.

Thankfully, granny Lynne Spears has already brokered a deal for little Maddie Briann Aldridge's baby pics.

Moving to a remote French village hasn't given Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie the privacy they were surely seeking.

The media en masse have descended on to the tiny town of Correns.

The locals supposedly haven engaged in a new game…making up stories about Brangelina for the paparazzi!

Reuters reports that you will be treated to a free glass of pastis if you can get a particularly silly story published, mischievous residents said, declining to be named.

Cheeky!

Was the reported birth of the Wonder Twins one of those 'silly' stories???????

17 teen girls from Gloucester, Massachusetts' high school are pregnant, according to Time magazine.

For reals.

AND, none of the sperminted teens are older than 16!!!!!!!

That's not the kicker.

Concerned school officials trying to figure out why sooooo many girls became preggers discovered that nearly half the expecting students confessed to making a pact to get pregnant and raise their babies together.

WTF????

WHY?????????

Dumb! DUmb! Dumb!

Time goes on to say that the girls who made the pregnancy pact reacted to the news that they were expecting with high fives and plans for baby showers.

Wait.

There's more craziness.

The principal of the high school reports, "We found out one of the fathers is a 24-year-old homeless guy."

Why would the teens go out of their way to get pregnant?

The preggers 17 declined to be interviewed, but a recent graduate of Gloucester High, who gave birth to a babe her freshman year tells the mag, "They're so excited to finally have someone to love them unconditionally. I try to explain it's hard to feel loved when an infant is screaming to be fed at 3 a.m."

And, it's asserted that the high school has done perhaps too good a job of embracing young mothers.

Sex-ed classes end freshman year at Gloucester, where teen parents are encouraged to take their children to a free on-site day-care center.

The Gloucester school committee reportedly plans to vote later this summer on whether to provide contraceptives. The town is called very Catholic, so who knows how that vote will go down.

But some say that won't do much to solve the issue of teens wanting to get pregnant.

A classmate of the girls in the pregnancy pact said, "No one's offered them a better option."

So sad that the teens there feel so hopeless.

Someone needs to do an anti-Juno flick…fast!

Teen pregnancy is not a good 'trend'.

It's not to be taken lightly!

P.S. Note to all the boys: She may tell you she's on the pill, but use a condom AND pull out as well!

The National Enquirer reported yesterday that teenager Jamie Lynn Spears was expected to deliver her baby today, and it seems like they were correct!

The mag tells us exclusively….

"The National Enquirer has learned that Jamie Lynn Spears entered Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Ms at 4 a.m. today where doctors are expected to induce labor."

We hope the deliver is smooth and everything goes off well!
