Having a baby really does bring the family together!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's daughter, Harlow, have done just that.

The Simple Life alum has recently gotten closer to her birth mother and, now, her rocker beau has done the same with his dad!

Joel and his twin brother Benji Madden had not spoken to their father, Roger Combs, for over 10 years - since he walked out on the family.

Roger, who's a recovering alcoholic, left his fam when Benji & Joel were high school freshman. He later returned to only leave again for good, this time on Christmas Eve when the two were 16.

Ever since then, the two have changed their last name to their mother's maiden name, Madden, and haven't spoken to their dad since.

That is until the birth of Harlow.

Ever since her birth back in January, Roger says he began receiving text messages from his sons.

AND, now he's ’bout to be fucking things up by talking to the media about it!

Recently, after a Good Charlotte concert in New Jersey, Joel, Nicole, Benji and baby Harlow drove to Bowie, MD to visit Roger.

After holding his granddaughter for the first time, Roger tells In Touch Weekly, "It was a wonderful moment. She's such a beautiful girl. I felt very proud."

And as for Nicole, Roger says he feels she's already part of the family, telling the mag, "She's the sweetest girl anyone in their life could want as a daughter. Nicole's such a loving person and she has a great sense of humor. I've told Joel, 'Don't let this one get away. This one is a keeper for you, son.'"

And Roger says Nicole feels the same way.

He adds, "I was talking to Joel on the phone one day, and she grabbed the phone from him and said, 'Let me talk to him now. I want to talk to my dad.'"

And, taking a page from the Michael Lohan book of parenting and talking to the media, Roger continued talking.

He added about leaving his family behind that "My kids were mad at me, and I don't blame them. We are good today, and that's all that matters."

We love it. Keep on yapping!

Next, he should tell us if Nicole and Joel be getting married soon? What are the details?

For all of you Perezcious readers in El Salvador, you might be getting a visit soon from the other Hilton.

Rumor has it that Paris is set to be traveling to El Salvador with boyfriend Benji Madden.

Madden and his band, Good Charlotte, are scheduled to perform there in a few days.

And you know Paris and Madden are inseparable at the moment!

We're actually surprised they've lasted this long.

If they keep it up, we're going to have to come up with a name for them.

Any suggestions?

Hey everyone! I am so excited, we have finally started taping my new show for MTV. I just want to thank you all for sending in your videos and applications. The response was massive and incredible, we had more applicants then any show in history, so that felt really nice that so many people wanted to be apart of it. I met all the contestants on wednesday night. I had them all meet me at the club Les Deux. I was a little nervous at first cause I always get shy meeting new people. But everyone ended up being very sweet, cool and fun to be around. I'm really happy with the final contestants, although it was really hard to pick only 18 people from so many great choices. Today I had the team from Fred Seagal Beauty come do makeovers on these girls and boys and the results were astonishing. They all looked stunning and beautiful and hot! So much fun! I love doing make overs on my friends .I have to do an elimination tomorrow, meaning telling one of the contestants that they have to leave. I am having anxiety and really dreading those moments of all the eliminations. But it's going to be a lot of fun and a these people will get to have a fun experience and I'm happy cause I feel like I've made friends with some of these people already.

SO i promised to fill you in on the last 2 days well here goes…while i had meetings and the studio, which all went really well, Paris started shooting her new Mtv show and when you are part of the GC family, everybody comes out to support. Thats tal and world famous skater buddy greg lutska and tyga(rapper buddy who is about to blow up) his boys, and us. We had a fun night watching them shoot the show. I can't ruin the surprise too much with the show but i can tell you its really funny.

Every time we see a picture of them, we're always shocked that they haven't broken up yet!

Defying all expectations, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden are still together.

And, they look quite happy!

The pair were spotted all over the Walt Disneyland Resorts this past weekend, from Epcot to the Magic Kingdom.

If you see them out and about, say hi!

And by a horse, we mean Henry Conway, the son of the disgraced British Member of Parliament Derek Conway, who's under investigation and has stepped down for reportedly pocketing over half a million tax payers dollars and spreading it throughout his family.

The 25 year old Henry made his way on Monday night to club Mahiki and arrived in, what else, a horsedrawn carriage. Now that's how a queen should travel!!! We're so jelly.

The carriage had two large horses in front and two coachmen with top hats and jackets.

Also in attendance at Mahiki last night was none other than Paris Hilton with boyfriend Benji Madden. We're sure she's hating the fact she didn't think of the carriage first!!

Even more interesting is the fact that Ms. Hilton got paid for her "appearance" at the club last night.

Paris pocketed over $135,000 for the night, and she wasn't even there for 2 full hours!! Paris arrived at 1:20am and returned to her Hilton hotel at 3:00am. That's almost $70k per hour!

We're DEFINITELY way jealous of that! We only make 65k per hour! ha ha ha ha We wish!!!!!

Paris and Benji Madden have only been dating a matter of months, but the Hilton's are already talking marriage!!!

Paris' parents Rick and Kathy Hilton recently did an interview with Vegas Luxe Life and spoke about their daughter and her new boy toy.

Rick said Benji is "the perfect example of ‘don’t judge a book by its cover.' He’s polite, well-mannered, even calls me sir! We love him like family already. Benji doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke and is a healthy vegan!”

Kathy added, “He’s changed her life, and I really think she’s genuinely in love for the first time. He’s so good to her and for her. We couldn’t be happier for them. This has honestly become the real thing.”

Paris, who's currently on tour with Good Charlotte (and Mushy Fartone's also tagging along), has said on her personal blog recently, “I’ve been on tour with my boyfriend for almost a month now. We’ve been everywhere from South Africa to all around Europe. Its been so much fun. It has been an amazing and memorable experience.”

Kathy must really like him, though, she went on to add "Benji is great. They are both very lucky and it’s a perfect matchup. Since they’ve been together Paris has changed so much. She’s calmed, stopped running and now has a very real purpose—and its beautiful to see two wonderful people so perfect together. It’s a great love match and I have a funny feeling it’s going to go all the way and we’ve already given it our approval!”

Glad to see the parents approve. Wonder if an engagement is in the near future?

Screw the engagement. They'll probably announce the pregnancy first!!!

It was widely reported this past weekend that Paris Hilton took a tumble in Prague, while on tour with boyfriend Benji Madden and his band Good Charlotte.

Many reports claim that the Prague paparazzi were at fault for her fall and subsequent chin injury, but these pictures show that Paris wasn't swarmed by paparazzi at all! It seems like the heiress simply tripped on the single stair leading from the Italian restaurant she was dining at to the street.

As she tumbled to the ground Benji nearly stepped on her head but managed some fancy footwork to barely escape it. He began to help her up but exchanged a few choice words with the lone photog instead.

Paris eventually made it to her feet and, obviously embarrassed, covered her head with her hood and hid in a corner on the street with Benji comforting her.

The two soon after rushed to their awaiting car with Paris refusing to uncover her hurt chin and seeming very angry with the situation.

Awww, it's okay, Paris. It happens to everyone.

Just roll with the punches…or the slips!
