Benji Madden is so pussy whipped by Paris Hilton that hes letting his DJ career and contractual obligations go down the drain!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Prive Las Vegas hired the Good Charlotte rocker to spin at the hot new venue on Saturday night with a standard contractual non-compete agreement that he would not appear at any nightlife venues the evening prior.

The kicker is that in lieu of payment, Prive Las Vegas would make a generous donation to the Richie Madden Children's Foundation, just as they did when brother Joel DJ'd there a few weeks prior.

On Saturday morning, however, Prive Las Vegas learned that Benji had been out the night before with Paris at several clubs, in violation of his contract.

When asked why he violated his agreement he said, "I feel awful but i didnt know what to do, I'm crazy about this girl," a source tells us.

A rep for the club tells PerezHilton.com exclusively, "While Prive Las Vegas is a fan of the Madden brothers and the charity, they had no other choice but to cancel his appearance as we take our agreements very seriously. Luckily we had a rockin' packed Saturday night despite Benji's absence."

Let's hope he doesn't make this a regular occurrence!

And what about those kids that were gonna benefit from his DJ gig???? Shame.

Update: A source close to Benji and Paris tells us…

"Prive is just desperate for press. The real story is that Paris and Benji went to go spend a romantic weekend in Vegas for his birthday but Benji cancelled when he found out they wanted him to do both TV and magazine interviews on the red carpet. He had only agreed to do pictures. He said he would only DJ and wasn't there to do a press conference. He decided to cancel since the Prive people were so insistent and he felt used and annoyed. Plus, LAX, who works very closely with Paris, offered Benji a huge deal he couldn't refuse. Everyone in Vegas loves LAX and Pure. Paris planned a huge blowout at LAX and he chose his girl over some lame club. They are very happy and they had a blast!"

Paris Hilton helped celebrate boyfriend Benji Madden's 29th birthday by organizing a romantic getaway to Las Vegas together this past weekend.

On Saturday night, the pair hit up a performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage.

They were seen "cuddling throughout the show."

Later in the evening, the pair headed to LAX, where Benji chainsmoked the night away while keeping the PDA to a minimum with Paris. The most they did was hold hands.

Another week together. Defying expectations!

We weren't the only ones in Vegas for the opening of our longtime stylist and friend Kim Vo's new salon at the Mirage on Friday night.

Paris Hilton was also there, and so was that new ring on her engagement finger.

In case you can't make it out, the rock has the initials B.M. on it (for new beau Benji Madden).

So, how does Sophie Monk feel now that her former fiance, Benji Madden, is hooking up with Paris Hilton just weeks after their relationship ended???

She's "very happy" she'd like us to believe!

Monk has released a statement saying the media had it "all wrong" and denied rumours the rocker had broken off their engagement to be with Hilton.

"Let me make this as plain as possible, Benji did not leave me for Paris Hilton. Benji and I did not break up badly or anything like that," she said. "We both decided as adults our relationship had run its course and decided to move on. I feel no animosity toward Benji and Paris at all and am very happy with life at the moment."

Translation: "I was using Benji for publicity. He was lucky enough to get my hot ass for as long as he did. Paris is a downgrade!"

Paris Hilton is dating Benji Madden. They're really happy.

It's "serious"!

But….

They've been dating a week or so and she's already:

1) Wearing the Good Charlotte rocker's clothes from head to toe! Yup, that hoodie and tee Paris wore while out shopping in LA on Friday are from DCMA, the fashion line Benji co-owns with his brother Joel.

and

2) She's wearing a ring! On her wedding finger!!!!!

Please, dear Lord, tell us they really aren't engaged already.

We wouldn't be surprised if they were, though.
