When even the worst people think what you said was inappropriate.

As you surely know, Roseanne Barr got her show canceled this week when she sent out a racist tweet aimed at President Barack Obama's former aide, Valerie Jarrett.

As people applaud ABC's decision not to stand for hateful commentary, a few voices we didn't expect to hear were those of Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, and yes, even Tammy Tomi Lahren.

Disgraced and recently deceased former Fox News chairman Roger Ailes is getting a biopic, and it's got real star power attached already.

Oscar winner Charlize Theron has signed on to team up with director Jay Roach (Trumbo) for the forthcoming feature.

The project is reportedly being financed by Annapurna, a company also simultaneously making a Dick Cheney biopic (WTF, guys?!) directed by Adam McKay.

But Theron isn't just coming on to produce, either! Per THR, the talented leading lady has a very specific part in mind for the Ailes feature: she'll be taking on the role of former Fox News host Megyn Kelly!!

Still in its early stages, media reports describe the project as "an ensemble pic," noting that

Another year, another Fox News sex scandal.

You may have thought this type of thing was over after the ousting of Bill O'Reilly, but now his flunky and heir apparent is getting into his own trouble.

Jesse Watters, previously best known for his insanely racist Chinatown man-on-the-street segment and bad Ivanka Trump sex joke, now has a bigger scandal.

The 39-year-old anchor has now confirmed his extramarital affair with 25-year-old producer Emma DiGiovine (above, right), though it's not news to his wife Noelle (above, left), with whom he has 7-year-old twin daughters — she filed for divorce back in October, which is apparently what first alerted Fox News.

It was only after getting caught with his hand in the coworker cookie jar that he came clean to the network, who defended him and their response in a statement over the weekend:

There may be no person we'd want to hear from on the subject of sexual harassment LESS than Bill O'Reilly.

But this was such bullshit, we just HAD to discuss.

The former Fox News host, who has had plenty of his own misconduct allegations and coverup scandals, defended Donald Trump on Glenn Beck's podcast this month.

On a podcast. Because he isn't on TV anymore. Because of a sexual harassment scandal.

Anyway, what he said was that there was a secret tape proving at least one of the women accusing Trump was being paid. He said:

Joan Rivers Would Think Kathy Griffin Is Now 'Desperately Unhappy,' Says Daughter Melissa

Three years after her death, Joan Rivers is still near and dear to our hearts.

On Friday, daughter Melissa Rivers spoke to US Weekly about her new scrapbook Joan Rivers Confidential, which features never before told stories of the legendary comedian using photos and notes from her famous friends.

Because the book is so personal, the 49-year-old describes the creative process as "tough" and "emotionally difficult." She confessed:

"It got tough at times, especially having to decide what I wanted to share about emotionally difficult times in my family."

However, she knows her mother — who passed in 2014 — would have a sense of humor about the entire project.

"I think her first question would be, ‘How many have we sold?'… I think she would be very annoyed that there are some [photos] in there from the early days — before retouching really became a standard operation and procedure."'

Although Fashion Police ended recently on November 27, the producer is proud of "the fact that I helped create and I got to be a part of a show that ran for 22 years… it's something I'm so proud of and so proud of in my personal legacy and in my mother's legacy and the legacy of us working together."

But what would her mother think about former Fashion Police host and friend Kathy Griffin's recent controversy?

This year, the redhead has been in feuds with Andy Cohen, Donald Trump, Bill O'Reilly, Anderson Cooper, Lisa Bloom, Matt Damon, and Ben Affleck.

Melissa holds nothing back, saying:

NBC Will NOT Be Sending Off Matt Lauer With A $30M Payout, Despite What His Lawyers Are Saying!

At least he'll get to keep that huge bag of sex toys.

Days after Matt Lauer's firing, it was reported his lawyers were gunning to get the veteran journalist a major $30 million payout.

But it looks like Lauer won't be blessed with the same golden parachute as Bill O'Reilly — as the disgraced daytime host "will not be paid past his last day of work," according to a senior NBC source.

In an article published Thursday, Page Six indicated that Lauer's contract had been extended through the first half of 2019. His lawyers landed on the $30 million figure over the fact that Lauer was paid about $20 a year.

Speaking with CNN, the senior NBC News source did not dispute that Lauer's attorneys are cooking up a plan to get him paid, however, the source added the network would not agree to any such payout.

Lauer is likely out of luck in this case due to a morals clause contained in most TV news contracts, which gives a network some leeway in firing a pricey anchor for cause.

While these types of disputes could end up in court, sources close to Lauer told CNN they doubted he would
