Carrie Underwood To The Rescue! Saves Injured Dog From Highway

carrie-underwood-rescues-dog-from-highway-web__oPt.jpg

We love you, gurl!

Carrie Underwood saw two injured dogs on the highway and pulled over to help them.

Unfortunately, one of the dogs had died but one was still clinging on the life.

Underwood writes she guessed the dogs were tossed out of a car on the highway.

Who would do such a thing?!

Carrie named the surviving dog Stella and took her to Carrie's emergency vet to be groomed and cared for.

She also helped Stella find a new home but she admitted she got attached to the Lab.

She writes:

I cried when she walked out the door. [Husband Mike Fisher] told me not to be a crazy ex-girlfriend about it and stalk them ... I can't help it! She deserves the best life ever!

We are so proud of Carrie's kindness and we're disgusted at whoever abandoned the poor dogs.

We hope Stella is happy in her new home!

American Idol Winner Scotty McCreery Makes Chart History!

Looks like this American Idol winner might actually make it big!

Scotty McCreery has made country chart-topping history with his AI single I Love You This Big (above) by becoming the first highest-charting debut song for a new artist in over 20 years.

Seriously?!

The song was released on radio on May 24 and came in at number 32 on the Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. It also shot up to the number one spot on iTunes and number three on Billboard's Digital Songs chart, with 171,404 units sold.

When Scotty heard of the news, he said:

"I am humble and shocked by the news. I can't tell you what it means to me to be on the same charts as my musical heroes. … I continue to be amazed by everything that has happened to me in such a short time."

Savor it now, Scotty. Who knows where this crazy train will take you. If you're lucky, you could possibly have a successful career like previous Idol winners, Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood.

Or you could be Justin Guarini. Whomp whomp!
