It's never easy when we lose someone before their time.
As we previously reported, James Horner tragically died early Monday morning after his solo plane crashed in Santa Barbara.
Celine Dion, who co-wrote the smash hit My Heart Will Go On with Horner, penned a statement expressing her grief.
"Rene and I are deeply saddened by the tragic death of James Horner. He will always remain a great composer in our hearts. James played an important part in my career. We will miss him. We offer his family and friends our deepest sympathy."
The 61-year-old was best known for his work work on Titanic, Apollo 13, Braveheart, A Beautiful Mind, and Avatar. Wow, what a legacy!

Walmart is usually known for slashing prices, not for slamming celebs!
The retail giant announced during a shareholders meeting on Wednesday that it was taking steps to boost employee morale.
Like many other retailers have already done, Walmart is creating its own radio station to play in stores across America.
The move comes as a direct result of employee complaints that
That's the Power of Love!
René Angélil is recovering from throat cancer surgery, and when the Canadian singer does take the stage again, she wants to make sure he sees it!
"If there's going to be one person in the theater that night it's going to be him. It's going to be for him. I want to make him see me strong again."
Celine's husband-slash-manager was the reason she took a leave of absence from her residency at Caesars Palace, and now, he's the reason she's getting back in her groove at the end of August.
"The reason we did not come back before was because I wasn't emotionally ready to come back. My husband and my family needed me, they still do."
The vocal powerhouse explained that she's willing to do anything for him, even if that means performing again.
"He wants me strong. He wants to see me again because I'm his favorite singer. So, he wants me out there, and I have to say that I'm ready."
The songbird explains that while battling with cancer and fighting for his health, her husband never stopped working at their relationship or her career.
"Knowing that he has a lot of weight on his shoulders, his focus is still show business. It's very touching for me because he wants me to have a good time. It's not selfish, it's like, 'I'm with you and I want you back. I want you strong. I want to see you perform again.'"
Near, far, or wherever you are on August 27, Celine will be on stage in Sin City, performing for an audience, but most importantly, for her number one fan, René.

Caesars Entertainment is bringing another diva on stage. It's been reported that Jennifer Lopez will headline a show at Planet Hollywood's Axis stage!
The official announcement is set for mid-May, and has been anticipated ever since the songstress's steller New Year's Eve performance at the Colosseum.
J.Lo would fill the dates left open when Britney Spears is off from her Britney: Piece of Me show!
Axis will be more accommodating to the American Idol judge's high energy production, as they turned Brit's show into a complete nightclub extravaganza! And we know J. Lo needs lots of room for that booty shaking!
Details of the show are still under wraps, but we're sure that more information will be revealed in May once Idol wraps.
Are U excited to see J.Lo on the Vegas stage?

She's dealing with a situation that no one should have to go through, and she STILL has it in her to come back for her fans!
Celine Dion is heading back to Las Vegas to resume her residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and it was actually because of her husband Rene Angelil, who is sick with cancer, that she's going back!
The singer released an official statement that announced her return and it was a pretty emotional set of words!
Here's what her statement said:
Wow, we had no idea one of our favorite performers of all time was going through so much.
We reported earlier how Celine Dion was set to return to her Las Vegas residency in August after taking a hiatus in order to take care of her husband Rene Angelil who is currently battling throat cancer.
Now, in an interview with ABC News' Deborah Roberts, Celine opened up about her husband's condition, and things got pretty emotional:
It's hard to believe, but Ariana Grande has never been a guest on a talk show! The pint-sized singer has been the musical act before, but never a guest who gets to talk!
And it's a shame because she's HIGHlarious!
Jimmy Fallon helped ease her into the role of 'Guest,' on Friday night's The Tonight Show, by asking her to do an impromptu impression of Celine Dion, and for a minute, we thought Celine was really there!
Complete with a fabulous French accent and chest pumps, Miz Grande nailed it!
Ch-ch-check it out (above)!
