The New Ghostbusters Song May Be A Stinker — But These Are The 10 WORST Movie Theme Songs Ever!

Ghostbusters is hitting theaters this weekend, and while the female led Sony reboot is getting positive reviews despite all the online hate — there's one thing we can all agree on…

That new Ghostbusters theme song is pretty AWFUL!

ICYMI, Fall Out Boy and Missy Elliott remixed the beloved Ray Parker Jr. tune, and fans did NOT have nice things to say about the strange pop-metal version.

This isn't the first time the Ghostbusters theme song was remixed into a lesser version of the original, either. Run-D.M.C. accomplished a very similar feet for Ghostbusters 2!

Sadly, there are quite a few more movie songs that should never have made the film's soundtrack — like MC Hammer's Addam's Groove for the 1991 big screen debut of the Addam's Family — which is so bad, it makes Fall Out Boy's Ghostbusters sound like Celine Dion's My Heart Will Go On! Ha!

Ch-ch-check out our full list (below) to see the WORST movie songs from Will Smith, Vanilla Ice, and even Kanye West!

Though it looks like another songstress is helping Celine's heart to go on, as it was revealed Pink wrote a song for the 5-time Grammy-winner in honor of her long time love!

While the track is entirely in french, it seems to be an ode to her late husband René Angélil. The mogul sadly passed away from a long battle with cancer back in January.

In one particular translated verse, the singer croons:

"But when you live too good, too strong, the passing of time we forget."

What poignant and true words.

This is just so heart-wrenching.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that Celine Dion's late husband René Angélil died after falling out of his bed. So sad!

Apparently, the music producer's body was discovered by a "distraught" nurse. To make matters worse, the 48-year-old added that it was her man's dying wish to pass away in her arms, but she was performing the night of his death and had decided not to wake him up.

Even Britney Spears & Celine Dion Couldn't Save The Billboard Music Awards From Having The Worst Ratings In 4 Years!

It's official: no one watches award shows anymore!

While the Billboard Music Awards were certainly the talk of the town on Sunday night, it doesn't look like the rest of the country was that interested in the industry — or at least not watching on TV.

That's because despite crowd-pleasing performances from Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Madonna, and even The Go-Go's, the BBMAs actually pulled in their worst numbers in four years!

Apparently, only 8.9 million people tuned in to watch the 3-hour-long event, giving ABC a measly 2.9 rating in the 18-39 demo — that's only slightly better than 2012's 7.4M/2.7!

However, the network was able to beat out NBC's The Carmichael Show, CBS' Undercover Boss, and FOX's animation domination to win the night… but still, we're not impressed.

Maybe Ciara and Ludacris weren't as great hosts as we thought…

Did U tune in for the BBMAs last night??

Celine Dion pretty much won the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday thanks to her showstopping performance of Queen's The Show Must Go On.

However, it was the moment after the song finished that has people talking, because the 48-year-old broke down on stage after being presented with the Icon Award by her 15-year-old son René-Charles.
