In the wake of David Duchovny's and Tea Leoni's split….

Billy Bob Thornton's rep just issued a statement to TV's Extra!, denying the affair that allegedly wrecked the marriage.

Billy Bob and Téa just wrapped on a film called Manure and the two are - are you ready for this?

"Just friends."

Yup, sounds like "manure" to us.

As we previously told you, recovering sex addict David Duchovny is splitting from his wife of 11 years, actress Téa Leoni.

The reason?

Turns out home-wrecker Leoni has reportedly been sleeping around - with Billy Bob Thorton.

Talk about a downgrade!

Duchovny and Leoni have confirmed that they have been separated for several months now.

A source close to the couple, though, says they still appear "close and friendly."

After everything they've been through!

He's probably so cool with the affair cuz he's probably done it too - over and over again

On the heels of Madonna's split from Guy Ritchie, it's been announced that recovering sex addict David Duchovny is splitting from his wife of 11 years, actress Téa Leoni.

And guess what?

It's because of her infidelity!

Snooping around on Téa's cell phone, the recently rehabbed X-Files star reportedly found titillating texts from Billy Bob Thorton - the man who once wore a vial of Angelina Jolie's blood around his neck. She had even been seen at a couple of his band's shows, helping Billy Bob load and unload his truck.

Now that's dedication!

Duchovny and Leoni have two kids together, 9-year-old daughter Madelaine West and 6-year-old son Kyd.

It was Téa who encouraged David to receive treatment for his sex addiction and then waited until he came home to make this new announcement.

So who's next?

After all, they say bad luck comes in threes.

So while some celebrities enter rehab for an addiction to alcohol or drugs, David Duchovny checked himself in to rehab last month for an addiction to sex.

Things must have gone well for him because the X-Files actor was seen (Check out a translated version here) Sunday at the Czech Festival in New York where he snacked on some Czech pancakes.

Hey now…that sounds kind of dirty!

Don't worry, he was there with his wife, Téa Leoni, so we're sure he kept things in…Czech!

Hah.

Let's hope he doesn't relapse, like some other rehab alums we know.

That sounds like it would be messy!

Just after news that Candace Bushnell is writing the prequels to Sex and the City…..

At the DVD release party Thursday night, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, and director/writer Michael Patrick King confirmed a Sex and the City: The Movie sequel!

SJP admitted to milking the brand, saying, "Let's wring everything we can out of this thing!"

In the meantime, what is the rest of SATC up to?

Cynthia Nixon, who was also present at the Public Library launch party (Complete with pink carpet!) with her partner, just won an Emmy for her guest appearance on Law & Order: SVU, adding to her first Emmy and Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play.

All she needs is a Grammy and an Oscar to pull a Rita Moreno!

Kristin Davis was in Los Angeles, but her on-screen husband Evan Handler was present, preparing for a tour with his book about surviving cancer. His show with David Duchovny, Californication, returns to Showtime in September.

We can't wait for Sex and the City to return to the big screen!

Hopefully the second film is better than the so-so first!

Wow. Guess some dudes really are too horny!

David Duchovny has entered a facility to treat his sexual compulsion.

His wife of 10 years, actress Tea Leoni, is sticking with him, it seems like.

The actor released a statement saying, "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."

This one's tough to wrap our big fat head around.
