And Courtney can't be happy about this!

Although Frances Bean Cobain was under the guardianship of her paternal grandmother, she is now a free woman!

The guardianship automatically ended on Wednesday, her 18th birthday.

Maybe we'll get some Twitter updates from her mom.

This is some serious shiz!

Although Courtney Love has never been above airing her dirty laundry on Twitter, she has gone overboard with a heartbreaking (and slightly confusing) rant about Frances Bean.

And that isn't even the whole thing! Frances has probably had enough of this, but we just hope Courtney doesn't do anything rash.

According to her mother!

Courtney Love revealed that her daughter Frances Bean Cobain was offered the part of Bella in the Twilight movies!

She says:

"Frances is so beautiful, but she doesn't want to be famous. She was offered the part of Bella in the Twilight movies, and Tim Burton wanted her for Alice in Wonderland. But she wants to go to college: she's very good at graphic novels. Frances will be fine, it'll be fine."

And apparently the two are in contact via e-mail. Courtney explains:

"We don't speak on the phone, but we went to court so that we could start this thing called Family Wizard where our e-mails are monitored, so there's no restraining order any more."

We hope they're able to mend their relationship eventually, but in the meantime it sounds like Frances is on the right track!

Courtney Love is considering $elling the rest of her share of the Nirvana back catalogue.

An insider says that "Courtney thinks the catalogue comes with too many memories," and that "it's haunted," claiming that the property she received after Kurt Cobain's death was "cursed."

Sources say that Evergreen Capital has offered her $162 million for the remaining 75% stake in the End of Music catalogue that she owns.

We're not sure if this is the greatest idea, C. Love!! At least keep his legacy for Francis Bean's sake!

Courtney Love may have lost custody of her daughter Frances Bean, but it won't stop her from giving her a piece of her mind - on Twitter!

The Hole singer Tweeted:

"i want MY name cleared and i want YOUR life saved. who tucks you in? who cleans your mess? who applies to college REALLY? they are so evil …"

Ha. Perhaps a Mother's Day gift?!

Billy Corgan may have reignited his feud with Courtney Love on Twitter but she sure won't let him have the last word!

She is fighting back and took to her Twitter to defend herself from accusations of abandoning her daughter and living off Kurt's fortune.

Courtney Tweeted:

"i agree heartily that [Frances] is indeed Smarter and Cooler than ANYONE will ever be you creep now go away GROSS.

[Billy] coughs up this spiritual s— like bile and lives none of it. I really think its truly creepy how jealous and obsessed w [Frances] he is."

Ha! We don't know who to believe anymore!

Things seem to definitely be turning around for Courtney Love!

And we couldn't be happier for her!! It's long deserved, bb!

With Hole's glorious return on its way, we think girl is going to be back on her game in no time!

She says:

"Who gets a second shot at 45? I'm a lucky bitch."

She also is happy to explain one of her notorious feuds on Twitter - with actor Edward Norton, whom she falsely accused of losing $300,000 of her money!!

"I feel very bad. I have the greatest respect for Edward. He could be the President of the United States. I could be his drug czar - ha, ha."

LOLz!!

He also has apparently been instrumental in mediating between Love and her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, with whom the singer has been estranged from since the 17 year old was legally emancipated from her in December!

However, she doesn't appear to have the same fond sentiments for Billy Corgan, who denies that he gave Court permission to use tracks he colloborated on for Hole's new album, Nobody's Daughter.

"Billy is talking out his ass. His people already gave permission."

There's also rumors that she has a new man in her life - sources say she's getting comfy with Uma Thurman's ex Andre Balazs, but girlfriend is playing coy and claiming that he is "an old friend and my sometime landlord."

Don't be shy, bb!! Spill!!

Either way, we're thrilled things are turning around and we hope she and Frances can work out whatever issues they may have!!
