Gerard Butler can't seem to keep his fist out of other people's faces!

The actor has finally been charged with assault for when he swung at a paparazzo after a premiere party for RockNRolla at the Crown Bar. He allegedly punched the dude 3 or 4 times in the mouth.

If convicted, Butler will face up to 6 months in prison. Reps for Butler said the paparazzi dude stalked the actor and was chasing people in the street.

Butler's arraignment is on June 10.

If you and Kiefer keep this up, no one will be left unbeaten!

While on vacation in India, Gerard Butler decided to have a little get together with the mini stars of Slumdog Millionare.

The kids were treated to a day out at a five-star hotel with the Scottish actor and by the looks of all the smiles, everyone enjoyed themselves.

Has Jennifer Aniston finally moved on from douchebag/player John Mayer???

The unlucky in love former Friends star is said to now be romancing fellow actor Gerard Butler.

The pair first sparked romance rumors last September, at the Toronto International Film Festival.

They reportedly spent an evening in Jen’s hotel "drinking champagne and talking." At the time, Jen was still involved with John, so she didn’t pursue things further. But, now that she's single and ready to mingle, she's getting her claws into Butler, wth whom she’s planning to star in two new movie.

Jen, 40, recently had several meetings in a New York apartment with Gerard Butler, a friend of the actress tells In Touch Weekly.

"She said that in their film meetings, the chemistry was intense and physical," says the Aniston pal.

Poor Jen. After Brad Pitt she's had the WORST taste in men. Vince Vaughn, John Mayer and now Gerard Butler.

Gerard Butler is such a player!!!

Why can't she just pick a nice guy?????

Well, Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler have broken up…again.

A source tells Us that "a nasty fight broke out at his house last night and cops were called…[when] Shanna started freaking out and acting irrational."

Although no charges were filed, reps for both Shanna and Travis confirmed the split, which is said to have stemmed from an affair that Shanna allegedly had while Travis was recovering in the hospital following September's fatal plane crash.

"Travis confronted Shanna about her having an affair with Gerard Butler while he was in the hospital recovering" and all hell broke loose.

Moakler's rep, of course, denies the cheating rumors, and both reps said that their respective clients are tired of the publicly aired dramz.

We wonder when they'll be getting back together!

They're actors. They're not supposed to be SHY!

As we mentioned before, Gerard Butler has been in our hometown of Miami celebrating the holidays.

Earlier this week, he was out on Miami Beach wearing some long, army shorts and a polo.

The actor was spotted again on Friday walking along the beach.

And again he was wearing the long, army shorts.

And again he was wearing a polo!

It's the beach, time to take off the shirt!

Seriously, is he hiding a bad case of the moobies?

Looks like the paparazzi-hating Gerard Butler also spent some time in Miami celebrating New Year's.

But, just like Jared Leto, Butler also covered up on the beach.

Paris Hilton doesn't waste her time!

After her rather recent split from Benji Madden, rumors are buzzing around a new romance with Scottish hunk Gerard Butler, whom she supposedly calls "Braveheart."

The usually public Paris, however, went to great lengths to avoid being photographed alongside her new flame at LA's Bar Deluxe on a night out.

Guess she is still feeling a little bit shy.

Update: A rep for Paris tells us the report from the Daily Star "is totally not true."

Nothing going on between Paris and Gerard.

To keep rumors at bay, there was a third wheel in attendance.

Here's some not so good news for actor Gerard Butler.

According to the LAPD, the 300 star is being investigated for an alleged attack on a paparazzo.

It seems that a photog filed a police report accusing Butler of punching him several times in the face early Tuesday morning.

Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman, Ana Aguirre, said that due to the report they will now be contacting Butler as he's the main suspect for misdemeanor battery.

As for Butler's attorney, he could not be reached for comment.

Reports are that the photographer had been following Butler in his car after the actor left a bar in Los Angeles.

Turns out Butler really doesn't like to be followed!
