The sexiest woman alive, Halle Berry, is gonna be spending a bit more time in Canada.

Berry just purchased a house in St. Hippolyte, Quebec, for her, the baby, and her Canadian boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.

The property is a million-dollar home which sits on 63 acres of land and overlooks the Molson Lake.

Berry purchased the home a few weeks ago, so let's see when she'll actually go up and use it.

This has got to be very flattering news for Halle Berry.

The new mom to daughter Nahla Ariela was just voted by Esquire magazine as the sexiest woman alive.

Crazy - considering she just gave birth to Nahla back in March.

Berry is also featured on the mag's November cover looking gorgeous. Take that back. She's looking more gorgeous than gorgeous!!!

She says, "I don't know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I'll take it."

Take it and run with it, honey!

Berry adds, "Sexy is not about wearing sexy clothes or shaking your booty until you damn near get hip dysplasia; it's about knowing that sexiness is a state of mind — a comfortable state of being."

Testify, sister Halle!

She continues, "It's about loving yourself even in your most unlovable moments. I know a little bit about that. Sexiness is also about knowing what's sexy to you"

And we agree, Halle Berry is one sexy lady!

Motherhood doesn't seem to have hurt Berry sexy status at all. She says, "I like what I am now. I like being a mother. I like my body better since I became a mother. I feel sexier as a result of becoming a mother."

Bucking the trend, Halle Berry chose not to sell the baby pics of her new daughter, Nahla Ariela.

Well, the Oscar winner took her bundle of joy out to the Los Angeles Zoo this weekend and we were able to get some good pics of the tiny toddler.

Halle Berry is pulling a Brad Pitt.

The new mommy says a paparazzi photographer went too far to get a shot of the Oscar winner holding her infant daughter, trespassing onto her private property and snapping them hanging out in the backyard.

According to a report, Berry was upset when pictures of her holding the little babe showed up on the internet and in two celebrity magazines.

In a statement Berry dismisses the claim that the photos were taken when she was "out and about in Los Angeles."

Her lawyer said a criminal complaint has been filed and an investigation is under way.

He also said there are witnesses who saw the photographers in the middle of a "very blatant and invasive trespass."

Yikes.

Celebs deserve privacy at home too, right?!

New mom Halle Berry left little Nahla Ariela home with the sitter for a night on the town with her super hot babydaddy, Canadian supermodel Gabriel Aubrey.

The ridiculously good looking couple were snapped hand-in-hand Monday night at the Hollywood Bowl.

Halle and her man were there to see Stevie Wonder perform, and they even brought their own food.
