When you don't have many requests for big screen movies, then it's time to return to TV.

Mr. Jada Plinko Smith is heading to TNT with their new drama pilot titled Time Heals.

Sounds boring already!

Pinkett will play a "strong but caring director of nursing at Charlotte Mercy Hospital in North Carolina, a single mother who always puts others first."

Ok, back to the boring factor.

But, luckily for Pinkett, she'll at least get to add an "executive producer" title next to her name.

Though, if you recall, and that's doubtful, Plinko Smith co-starred on A Different World for two years.

She also had some short one-time appearances on shows like 21 Jump Street and Doogie Howser, M.D.

We think Mr. Jada is best suited for TV roles.

She hasn't done a movie yet worth mentioning!

Let's see if this latest pilot episode takes off.

Jada Plinko Smith was snapped at the premiere of daughter Willow's movie, Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, in the NYC on Thursday and she was NOT happy.

A spywitness tells us exclusively that Jada was having a little 'flip out session' in this photo because a reporter asked her if she thought her hubby Will Smith and Charlize Theron were having a affair in Russia.

What???? That's a fair question!

No????

Charlize and Will have been caught nuzzling and getting all sorts of creepy on international red carpets this past week, as they promote their new film, Hancock.

Hmmm…

Is this all just a publicity stunt to get us to talk about the movie???

Do Charlize and the Smiths share a publicist?

We think that behind closed doors the only thing Will wants from Charlize are her beauty secrets!

Who wants to join Scientology????

Not us!

But it seems like Will Smith and Jada Plinko Smith might be the latest members to join the cult religion.

TomKat's influence is growing more notable on their famous friends, it's being reported.

An insider says, Will's "been getting more and more involved (in Scientology), and it isn’t just him, it’s definitely Jada, too."

"It’s not so much that anyone is upset that Will is becoming a Scientologist, it’s that as he becomes more involved, you’d think he’d sort of help fly the flag with Tom, who seems to only get a bad rap for it, while Will does this and comes through just fine," adds the source.

The report claims that the Scientology Church has "also set its sights on African Americans, opening up a center in Harlem in 2003."

It is even rumored that Kimora Lee Simmons might be dabbling in the Xenu religion.

At a 2006 gathering, David Miscavige, the Scientology leader, spoke "glowingly of Kimora Lee Simmons’ efforts to distribute a personalized edition of Hubbard’s The Way to Happiness, featuring her image on the cover, to school kids in New Jersey.”

Uhmmm, we think that may be an urban legend. At least we sure hope it is.

Potential Scientologists Will Smith and Jada Plinko Smith joined Kate Cruise and husband Tom for a "friendly" dinner at Cut restaurant in Beverly Hills on Wednesday night.

Dinner conversation must be something like this….

Tom Cruise and Will Smith share a deep bond. Real deep. It's a beautiful thing!

Not only did Cruise show up to the ceremony Monday where Smith immortalized his hands at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, but good ol' Tommy boy flew all across the country to be with Will on Tuesday.

Yup, there is Smith and Cruise (and Jada Plinko) at the premier of I Am Legend.

Tom's not even in the movie! He just wants to support his special friend. His dear, dear friend.
