Kim Kardashian continued to parade her baby bump around New York City with Kanye West on Wednesday, this time in a black Azzedine Alaia dress.

The frock's cute, especially since it gave her Kimbryo some room to breathe, but those Balmain booties were just begging to be caught in a subway grate.

Remember Kimmy, you're not in Kansas El Lay anymore. We'd hate for you to take a tumble simply because you think heels are cuter than flats.

Kim Kardashian was allegedly BANNED by Anna Wintour from last year's Met Gala, but she might snag an invite to this year's event thanks to Kanye West.

In fact, there are quite a few factors in Kimmy's favor. For one thing, her boo is tight with both La Wintour and this year's co-chair Riccardo Tisci.

Fresh off her reunion with Kanye West, the reality kween hit the black and white carpet in a black tuxedo style dress that could barely contain her growing lady lumps.

Just look at how the dress puckered below her ample cleavage. Those puppies wanted out, but can you blame them!? If you were being smothered by fabric you'd want to be set free too!

The rest of Kim's look was relatively flaw-free, pairing the dress with black pumps and leaving her long locks down.

Kim Kardashian wanted to look extra baby bumpin' good on Monday for her long-awaited rendezvous with Kanye West in New York City — so she wore him!

Rocking Kanye's Giuseppe Zanotti Cruel Summer sandals and a Kimbryo-hugging Stella McCartney dress, Kim enjoyed some retail therapy with Kris Jenner and Kourtney at Jeffrey before meeting up with her baby daddy.

A black jacket, Lanvin crocodile clutch and sunnies completed Kimmy's Kanye-fied look.

We're sure Kanye loved seeing Kim's kurves and then some in this outfit.

St. Patrick's Day was on this day LAST month! LOLz!

Though we can't deny that the mama-to-be looked seksi wearing this emerald green Michael Kors sheath dress in El Lay on Wednesday, we do wish she hadn't matched her heels to it.

Her laser-cut green suede Jimmy Choo booties are pretty hot, but in this case she really should've gone for gold, black, or nude.

Hey, we wouldn't bother giving Kimmy fashion tips, but if she takes advice from Kanye, then she might as well take advice from us, too!

It all went down on Wednesday when Kanye West's baby mama treated her pregnancy sweet tooth to some frozen yogurt in Sherman Oaks.

While the Renaissance Fair chic Rachel Pally dress barely kept her cupeths from running over, it was nice to see her in a normal maternity outfit, which also included a pair of Sam Edelman sandals.
