Such a fun night at the BET Awards!!
With all the performances this evening — from Nicki Minaj, Diddy, the cast of Empire, and more — some might've forgotten why we were actually watching…
FOR THE AWARDS, right?! RIGHT!
So with that said, let's take a look at all the stars who walked away with their egos slightly inflated this evening. LOLz!

They kept telling us that the BET Awards were going to explode all over our TVs, and Kendrick Lamar made sure that happened!
The rapper kicked the show off with a performance of his song Alright, off his To Pimp A Butterfly album, which was full of patriotic imagery… and some vandalized cop cars.
And right when we thought things couldn't get any better, KL slayed the ending!
We could keep going on and on and on about the performance, but it's best that you just watch it (below) and remember, we gonna be alright!
Taylor would never!
If you're a gay man or really anyone who identifies as LGBT, then you're probably aware that gays have a really hard time when it comes to donating blood.
In fact, up until 2015 gay men simply couldn't donate blood per FDA regulations, but now they can — as long as they promise that they haven't had sex with another man for 12 whole months.

Well if you're thinking that that's ridiculous, you're not alone, because gay icon Jeffery Self just made a Bad Blood parody music video called Sad Studs highlighting how dumb that rule is!
It's the gayest thing you'll see all week, and it's spectacular.

Are you ready for the ultimate '90s rap throwback???
The wait for the upcoming N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton is over because the flick is set to be released in theaters this August! And if that's not enough, this month Ice Cube is reuniting MOST of the surviving members of the iconic rap group to perform for the first time in 15 years!
The rapper slash actor is excited to get the group back together for a one night show, which is part of the four-day BET Experience festival.

The 45-year-old was confident the band was "gonna rock that sh*t, no problem," but not ALL of the surviving members may be present for the performance!
When asked if former group member Dr. Dre would make an appearance, the Friday star said:
Sunday night's Hot 97 Summer Jam had a great lineup, with stars like Chris Brown, Big Sean, Kendrick Lamar, and more performing.
Unfortunately, it will probably end with only a few more lineups as several arrests were made outside New Jersey's MetLife Stadium.

While the concert went off inside, the street outside was filled with tear gas, police with riot shields, and even a tank!
According to NJ State Police, the violence began when fans tried to crash the concert. They said in a statement:
If you think you can keep up with A$AP Rocky — think again!
On Saturday, it was revealed in a VERY candid interview that the rapper is accustomed to a wild sex life fueled by his recreational drug use. Oh man!!
"My first tour was with Kendrick Lamar and Drake. I lost my virginity when I was 13, I f–ked loads of women by the time I was 18. This s–t ain't nothing new to me. I'm not a mainstream n—a. My taste level is so alternative that if I do something that becomes mainstream, it's only because I wanted to do it."
Good to know! It's seems things have been on the up-and-up for the F**kin Problems artist since his 2012 hit.
The bad boy elaborated that his upcoming album has major psychedelic influences. Hmm, very inneresting!
However, it seems that acid has inspired not only art, but some seXXXy times for the rapper.
