And now, more news about this divorce is coming to light from both camps.
Brad, apparently, was especially upset about

Lady GaGa's new album is on its way, but while we wait for it, all the attention is on her first single, Perfect Illusion.
It had a strong start when it was released last week as it went right to number one on iTunes. However, since then it has lost some steam despite only being out for about a week now.
And it sounds like some of the blame for that decline — it went OUT of the top 40 on iTunes — is being directed at GaGa's record label.
The songstress recently appeared on iHeartRadio's On Air With Romeo to talk about her latest release, and she divulged some dirt about how the song came to be the first one out:
Even though rumors have flown that she may be the one chosen to perform at the halftime show this coming February — and Us Weekly reported that decision was made final — the NFL is very clear that they have NOT yet made a decision!
Natalie Ravitz, the senior VP of Communications for the NFL, tweeted out on Sunday that the league had not yet made a decision about whether to go with GaGa or somebody else, and in the process, she COMPLETELY shaded Us Weekly!
Ch-ch-check out her tweet (below)!!!
What an exciting day of Lady GaGa fans!
After months of anticipation, the singer announced the title and release date of her fifth studio album. GaGa divulged the deets one week after dropping Perfect Illusion.
In an interview with Beats 1 Radio, the artist revealed the album will be named Joanne after her father's late sister. The 30-year-old described Joanne as a woman of her "past".
Inneresting! We guess it makes sense seeing as the entertainer comes from a tight-knit family.
As for the release date, fans should mark October 21 on their calendars as the work is THISCLOSE to being finished.
Speaking on the final stretch, GaGa revealed:
Because after watching Wednesday night's season premiere of the horror anthology, we were left frightened, intrigued, and mostly confused!
The episode started with the ominous warning "Inspired by true events," setting up the season's dual timelines with two sets of actors — one with sit down interviews for a true crime style documentary, and the other in the not-so-distant past retelling what happened.
The season centers around a friendly couple — yoga teacher Shelby and pharmaceutical salesman Matt — who move to Roanoke, North Carolina.
Lily Rabe plays the "real" Shelby in the sit down interview, while Sarah Paulson plays her in the reenacted timeline. André Holland plays present-day Matt, while Cuba Gooding Jr. portrays him the flashback.
Will this storytelling device pay off — perhaps giving us two unreliable narrators — or is Ryan Murphy just paying homage to paranormal reenactment shows? We don't have the answer yet, but we do know the title of this season is
The Perfect Illusion singer attended the Brandon Maxwell presentation in NYC Tuesday night in barely-there duds that revealed some serious tone in her thighs and abs.
Her butt was just a bonus!
The blonde babe also rocked towering platform heels and a ponytail that trailed all the way down to her ass.
We pronounce this look a resounding success! LOLz!
According to Billboard, Lady GaGa is currently in talks about performing at the 2017 Super Bowl's halftime show — and even though nothing is set in stone, this is definitely the caliber of artist the world's biggest football game would LOVE to book.
Super Bowl LI is set to go off on February 5, 2017, at NRG Stadium in Houston, and even though other artists have been linked to a possible performance there, it appears GaGa may be getting the closest.
That's at least in part because NFL officials loved her performance of the National Anthem at this past February's Super Bowl, so why not give her the bump to the full show?!
GaGa is fresh off releasing a brand new single called Perfect Illusion; we may not be the biggest fans of the new track, but she's been performing it to great reviews.
February may even be far enough off for the American Horror Story star that she can sync the performance with the release of her new album!
What do U think, Perezcious readers?! If Lady GaGa is the Super Bowl halftime show performer, would you be happy with the choice??
