Silly, Noah!

If you're saving animals from a flood on your bike, you'll need a basket!!

Russell Crowe left his Tribeca hotel yesterday morning for what he assumed would be a leisurely bike ride to set!!

The Noah star was shocked by what awaited him. On Twitter he said:

11.6km bike ride to work,meditative peace of the morning ritual decimated by paparrazi…on bicycles… Only in NY folks…

Yikes!!

Apparently Russell has got moves like seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong because the actor led the pap on quite the chase through the streets of New York!!

Although he was cleared of doping charges in 2006, Lance Armstrong is in deep shiz again!

Ever since former teammate Floyd Landis accused Lance of systematic doping, federal prosecutors are on the case. According to reports, they have other cyclists who are backing up the claims.

One of Armstrong's former teammates told several investigators that cheating ran rampant among the United States team and Lance supported it.

Armstrong's agent and manager would not comment. His lawyer, Bryan D. Daly, believes that the other cyclists are lying, saying:

"They just want to incriminate Lance Armstrong and that's my concern. The bottom line is, if you take away the soap opera and look at the scientific evidence, there is nothing."

It's reported that more cyclists will meet with the grand jury.

Since cyclist Floyd Landis admitted to performance-enhancing drug use, he has come forward to say that he saw his competitors engage in the same behavior.

"Rather than go into the entire detail of every single time I've seen it, yes," said Landis. "I saw Lance Armstrong using drugs."

Wowsa! He also claims that Lance used those same drugs throughout his career AND transfused his own blood, which gives athletes more endurance by increasing their red blood count.

"Landis is a confessed perjurer and he is a liar, and I think, as Lance said … when you taste milk to see if it's sour, you take a first taste and you don't have to drink the whole carton to know it's all sour," said Armstrong's attorney, Tim Herman.

Landis said:

"I don't feel guilty at all about having doped. I did what I did because that's what we [cyclists] did and it was a choice I had to make after 10 years or 12 years of hard work to get there, and that was a decision I had to make to make the next step. My choices were, do it and see if I can win, or don't do it and I tell people I just don't want to do that, and I decided to do it.

When asked if he thought Armstrong was a fraud, he added:

"Well, it depends on what your definition of fraud is. I mean it, look, if he didn't win the Tour, someone else that was doped would have won the Tour. In every single one of those Tours."

It sounds like no one even had a fighting chance.

Lance Armstrong can kiss off another victory!

His chances of winning his 13th and last Tour de France are slim to none after getting caught in three crashes on Sunday. After the first crash, Armstrong's hip got banged up and he could not keep up during the tough climb through the Alps.

"My Tour is finished," said Armstrong, who placed 39th for the heat. "No tears from me. I've had a lot of years here where it's been very different, so I'm not going to dwell on today."

The stage was won by Andy Schleck of Luxembourg and world champion Cadel Evans of Australia took second place.

Lance took to his Twitter to share about his journey.

He Tweeted:

"When it rains it pours I guess Today was not my day, needless to say. Quite banged but gonna hang in here and enjoy my last 2 weeks."

But he is definitely trying to see the bright side!

"Obviously the Tour's finished for me, but I can try and win stages, try and help the team," added Armstrong. I'll "really try and appreciate my time here, and the fact that I'm not coming back."

It was a valiant effort, bb. No one can stay on top forever.

Lance Armstrong has announced that this year's Tour de France will be his last. He made the announcement on his Twitter, the place where all major announcements are now made:

"Yes, this will be final Tour de France. It's been a great ride. Looking forward to 3 great weeks."

You had a good run, bb. Or we guess, cycle.

Seven wins while also beating cancer! That's nothing to scoff at!

Here's hoping for an even eighth win on your final race!

Glad to see he is feeling better!

Bono is still recovering from his emergency surgery from a few weeks ago, but thankfully, he isn't doing it alone.

He's been relaxing at his villa in the French Riviera with visitors stopping by frequently to visit him. Like Lance Armstrong and his little family!

Lance tweeted out this picture this morning of himself, Bono, his GF Anna Hansen and his little man, Max, all enjoying some lunch at Bono's place.

Lovely! Keep those spirits high…and we mean the ones in your wine glass, as well! Looks like you were running a little low there, Bono!

P.S. - Lance, that kid of yours is ADORABLE!!!

After being accused of using performance enhancing drugs yesterday, the day took an even worse turn for Lance Armstrong when he took a nasty spill while competing in the Tour of California!

He reportedly needed stitches near his elbow and eye!

Ouch! Poor guy! Looks painful!

Feel better, bb! We're sure next week will be better! You know, unless they find out those allegations against you are true or something!
