Well, here's one way to nip a rumor in the bud - sue!

Eddie Cibrian is planning on suing Life & Style Magazine for printing a story claiming Cibrian cheated on girlfriend LeAnn Rimes with his former fuck buddy, Scheana Marie Jancan!

Sources said Cibrian was "bragging" to the crew on CSI: Miami about boning Jancan, but Eddie says the story is untrue!

Cibrian's rep has released a statement about the suit, reading:

Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It's a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.

It was only a matter of time!

According to Life & Style, Eddie Cibrian is already cheating on LeAnn Rimes.

We've said it before and we'll say it again: once a cheater, always a cheater!

An insider reveals that the serial cheater "has recently started seeing Scheana again. He told her he's only with LeAnn for the publicity and that he plans to end things with her soon."

Ouch!

For those of you who don't remember, Scheana Marie Jancan is the girl who blabbed to the press about Eddie having a three year love affair with her while still married to his wife Brandi Glanville. She has also reportedly hooking up with John Mayer.

Sounds like Eddie and Scheana are perfect for each other. They'll sleep with anyone to make their way to the top!

But what does he think will happen after he dumps her? He's gotten fame from being with LeAnn. Besides that, who cares?

And as if that wasn't enough, Eddie's also been hooking up with another chick from New York! Jeez, this guy can't keep it in his pants.

We're sure LeAnn will find another home to wreck. If she doesn't get an STD first!

For shame!

After the adulterous break-up of both their marriages, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian enjoyed a very public dinner at El Lay's paparazzi central, Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood. And although they tried to go out the side door, they changed their minds and walked right out the front with big smiles on their faces!

LAME!!!

In a city with two other Katsuya locations and a billion Japanese restaurants, they HAD to go there!

They're just giving their spouses more ammunition to take them for all they're worth!

Yikes!

Eddie Cibrian understands why his ex wife Brandi Glanville has publicly denounced him for cheating with leaving her for co-star LeAnn Rimes.

"The unfortunate part about it is you get only one side of a very complicated story. But you know I'm fine with that … Sometimes you want to fight back," he said.

What a saint!

"I don't think it's very conducive to play anything like privately out publicly at all," Cibrian continues. "I mean I think it's like very hurtful."

Have we mentioned that these statements were made on the Rachael Ray show?!

It's just that his only concerns are for his children!!!

"I mean, my philosophy is to try to insulate them so they're not subject to anything, you know, regarding the business and anything of tabloid nature," said the father of the year. "I go with the flow, but I'm very protective. I wouldn't say I'm overly protective, but I'm very protective."

Yeah, we get why she would publicly humiliate you, too!!!

Adulteress LeAnn Rimes has moved in to the same Calabasas neighborhood as boyfriend Eddie Cibrian's ex, Brandi Glanville, and Brandi isn't a fan of the new living situation.

"She's moved in a half a mile from my house and a block from my son's school. So she is completely space invading me at the moment so things are not cool. There is a point where she needs to have a sensitive side and back the F up."

Brandi says she's even seen LeAnn in front of her son's school when she goes to pick him up.

Antagonizing much?

"Honestly, she's Single White Female-ing me. She wants my life. She wants my kids. She wants my husband. She can have most of everything but just not my children or my family."

It seems strange to us that LeAnn would plan encounters with her boyfriend soon-to-be ex-wife. Unless she really is just getting a kick out of riling Brandi up!

Although Brandi is behaving childishly speaking out to the media, she claims she remains peaceful with Cibrain in front of their two young sons. "We definitely save face to the kids, absolutely. They're the most important thing in both of our lives."

Why did LeAnn move into the same neighborhood is what we're wondering? Doesn't seem to make much sense unless she wants to throw it in Brandi's face that she has her man!

Rimes and Cibrian hit up the gym on Saturday afternoon in Pomona before boarding her awaiting tour bus to continue on to her show at the county fairgrounds.

Gotta burn those pesky calories before downing some deep fried Twinkies!

Whoops!

After leaving Fred Segal in Santa Monica yesterday afternoon, LeAnn Rimes had herself a fender bender when she rear ended a Mercedes.

She only caused some minor damage, but the driver had to get into LeAnn's car in order to quietly exchange information.

How embarrassing! Keep your eyes on the road, LeAnn!

If you'd like to see if LeAnn will hit your car too, head to the LA County Fair this weekend.

Someone decided to give her a break and let her perform on Saturday.

Well, they sure aren't wasting any time!

Apparently, the gruesome twosome are looking to buy a home together in Malibu, but in the meantime, Eddie Cibrian is moving his things into LeAnn Rimes' home in Santa Monica!

A wedding and starting a family are also on their to-do list as a couple.

Cibrian's soon-to-be ex-wife, Brandi, rants: "Eddie is a compulsive liar, cheater and a home wrecker. And he has a been an absentee father."

Sounds like you bagged a real winner, LeAnn!

A source close to the couple says that "LeAnn and Eddie know their love has caused pain. But in the end, they decided when real love comes along you have to make room for it, no matter what the cost."

Real love?!

"Model" Scheana Marie is speaking out to Life and Style and claiming that wacktor Eddie Cibrian's relationship with LeAnn Rimes is just another fling!

Apparently, Scheana was having a 3-year-long affair with Eddie while he was still married to his wife, Brandi Glanville, before he hooked up with LeAnn on the set of Northern Lights!

That two-timing bastard! Cheating on the woman that he's cheating on his wife with?

BARF!

"I knew they were co-stars, and I didn't notice much chemistry between them in the movie," says Scheana. "And he's still never given me a 'Sorry, we're done.' He hasn't ended it with me."

Umm, I think it's safe to assume that he has ended it, sweetie.

BUT we're not sure how reliable this actress famewhore really is.
