Don’t mess with Lil’ Kim!

The rapper has never EVER been one to hold back, and now that her looks are under attack, she is making it clear that she is NOT okay with it.

She’s specifically got serious beef with a report that basically called her “physically distorted” after pics surfaced that had her looking like she might have gotten some plastic surgery done.

Her rep, C.J. Carter, has spoken out on her behalf because the rapper will not be standing for this kind of criticism. Her rep said:

We hope this is true!

It turns out that building is where MAC's corporate offices are located so we gotta ask: could Mileybird be replacing Nicki Minaj as the face of the brand's Viva Glam line!?!?

Lil' Kim had the honor of closing The Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS show in NYC on Saturday and much to our surprise she looked kinda sorta like her pre-plastic surgery self!

The 38 year old stomped down the runway in a Dominique Auxilly gown that showed off her bountiful curves and a smize that would stop Tyra Banks dead in her tracks.

We're not sure what the hell was going on when she was in West Hollywood, but this is a Lil' Kim face we wouldn't mind seeing around town.
