We thought Lil' Kim was done with modifying her face, but looks like the rapper went back under the knife once again!

She was spotted just a couple days ago leaving BOA Steakhouse in WeHo with a brand new face!

Her cheeks seem to look a bit more plumped up along with a smaller nose and contoured eyes, which makes us think that she was more than happy to show off her new look!

We get wanting a little nip and tuck here and there, but this is plastic surgery overload! Now she's just starting to look like a Jackson!

You have such character, Kim! Leave that cute face alone!

Last night, Nicki Minaj gave her Barbz the show of a lifetime, when she took the stage at the Roseland Ballroom in NYC!

Gurl might have some bruised vocal cords, but that didn’t keep her from giving her all at the FREE Pepsi-sponsored show, which was streamed live online and on FUSE TV!

The show was full of surprise guests, including Drake and Lil Wayne…but it was Brooklyn's Don Diva Foxy Brown's entrance that IGNITED the crowd!
