Tuesday Sissy Spacek and her daughter/actress Schuyler Fisk were spotted shopping in El Lay with their super cute pooch.

Maybe Sissy is putting in some mommy time after suggesting LiLo - and not her daughter - play the lead in the re-make of her classic film Carrie.

Earlier this week Sis said remake of the horror remake:

"I read about it and I was very flattered because they ran a picture of me and of Lindsay Lohan. I was like, 'Oh my God, she's really a beautiful girl' and so I was very flattered. I was also flattered that they were casting someone to look like me instead of the real Carrie described in the book. It's gonna be real interesting."

Animal rights protesters won South Korea! (Sorry Lindsay)

The country's capital city has told Italian fashion house Fendi to remove all fur items from a show of its Fall/Winter collection due to complaints from animal rights groups, officials said Monday.

A spokesman for the city government said:

"We have received complaints from animal rights activists and saw negative public opinion on the Internet… we can't let such a controversial thing be staged at a public property."

The Italian firm said city officials last week threatened to cancel the event unless all fur items were removed from the catwalk.

Fendi's statement said the design house had difficulty understanding the decision and had spent months preparing. It added it would continue negotiations.

Doggies!

Lindsay's mom, Dina Lohan, was spotted walking the dogs in near her daughters place in Venice, Tuesday.

On of Dina's dogs was mentioned on a recent episode of Glee, in when guest star, Katie Couric, was informing Sue Sylvestor that she had won the Biggest Loser of the Year award:

"You beat out the following losers: the economy, Mel Gibson, Dina Lohan… and Sparky Lohan, who is Dina Lohan's dog and, apparently, also a loser. How do you deal with that?"

As funny as Glee is, we don't think either of you are losers!

It's good to see you taking care of your pups - now go help Lindsey!

Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael Lohan chatted with photographers while walking his dog in Beverly Hills, CA on Wednesday afternoon.

Luckily, all the attention didn't seem to bother his cute little dog as it continued to sniff around the ground.

This seems like a pretty insincere reason to give up eating meat, but we suppose if it benefits them both, then we don't see why not!

Sources at the Betty Ford Center are reporting that Lindsay Lohan, who is facing serious financial woes due to her current treatment for drug addiction at the rehab, is keen to take PETA up on it's offer to cover $50,000 of her payment if she becomes a vegetarian!

The insider confirms:

"Lindsay is seriously considering the offer from PETA. There is thoughtful consideration about PETA's very generous offer. Lindsay loves animals, and looks at it as a 'win-win' since being a vegetarian is a healthier lifestyle that she is striving for. Lindsay is making arrangements to make payments to the Betty Ford Center to pay for her bill. Betty Ford does work with patients who have financial problems and are unable to pay the bill in full. This is a very common practice of Betty Ford. Lindsay realizes that Betty Ford is giving her an opportunity and essentially taking a chance on her, given her past track record. She would love it if PETA would offer to pay her entire rehab bill. However, she isn't expecting that to happen, and is just grateful for the offer PETA has made. Lindsay seems to have really grown up a lot since her last appearance in court last Friday. Lindsay isn't expecting, nor does she want a free ride, which is a very good sign for her recovery. Lindsay is taking responsibility and seems to be working the 12 steps of AA."

We're pleased to hear that Lindsay is taking her treatment so seriously, and if she's sincere about a full lifestyle change, then we applaud her efforts.

She's already kicking the drug habit, so she might as well add meat to the list, as well!
