Will Lindsay Lohan EVER catch a break?! You know, other than the dozen or so times she's avoided jail.

After filing a lawsuit against D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries, the clothing manufacturer behind LiLo's 6126 leggings line, the actress has been countersued for $5 million!

OUCH!

In response to her $1.1 million breach of contract, fraud and trademark infringement suit, D.N.A.M. claims Lindsay's "drug-addled image", constant legal problems and frequent visits to rehab damaged

While Lindsay Lohan is packing her bags for rehab (hopefully), little sister Ali was spotted out on the streets of Manhattan doing what she clearly does best - modeling!

Wearing a long sheer button up shirt and black skinnies, she was making love to the camera like the professional clotheshorse that she is.

This is the Ali we like to see, getting work and staying out of trouble.

Maybe she can teach her sister a thing or two. Or maybe that's wishful thinking?

Let's start with the good stuff!

While she may have been 30 minutes late, Lindsay Lohan actually showed up to the Scary Movie 5 premiere in Hollywood on Thursday night and looked happy to be there!

Her cleavage in that form-fitting Dolce & Gabbana LBD with gold trim was perkier than a cheerleader on a sugar high!

And her Christian Louboutin caged booties and Hermes cuff were super cute.

HOWEVER! LiLo's visible bra straps took away from the seksiness of the dress, and though we love braided hairstyles, hers looked like it was hastily executed in the limo on the way over.

To her credit, though, she DID look closer to her age than she has in a while.

We already know what you're thinking: Kim Kardashian would LOVE this outfit!

And we wouldn't even be surprised if Lindsay Lohan stole borrowed this lace and leather dress from Kimmy's kloset. They are friendsies after all!

Luckily, Linds doesn't have to worry about a baby bump messing with the A-line silhouette.

The actress gave some more love to the paps after taping her interview on The Late Show with David Letterman in NYC on Tuesday, looking relieved that it was over.

A fresh-faced Lindsay Lohan arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theatre ahead of her appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman in NYC on Tuesday afternoon.

On time AND put together? Who is this girl?

With her assistant in tow, Linds looked casual-cool in a white blazer worn over black slacks and tank styled with a purple Hermes crossbody and leather boots.

We eagerly await what will surely be an entertaining interview!

Like the genius behind the fake Jennifer Lawrence ad for Christian Dior, the person behind this fake Lindsay Lohan for Saint Laurent ad deserves some sort of internet medal.

And he sort of got one in the form of a tweet from LiLo praising his brilliant imagination!

What more could he ask for?! That's a top honor!

Upon seeing her unblemished mug next to the Saint Laurent logo, Our Lady of Perpetual Chaos tweeted:

Lindsay Lohan ain't no fool!

During the starlet's wild and all expenses-paid trip to Brazil, she took a few moments to answer questions about her style and her favorite people, like Charlie Sheen.

But she didn't fall for one trick when the interviewer asked her about her (maybe) ex-lover from The Wanted.
