Halle Berry is Liza Minnelli FIERCE in this gown!!

A former Bond girl herself, the Versace-donning kitty cat wanted to celebrate the love of 007 at the 2013 Oscars.

And boy, did Donatella deliver!

The sequined, striped column dress glitters in secret-agent black and gold… kind of like her hair! Ha!

Unfortunately for science and super villains everywhere, this doesn't mean that someone has invented a shrink ray (we're so close, though!), but rather Liza Minnelli has revealed that having had hip surgery… well, it's left her two inches shorter!

That's cray!!

She revealed all this when she was promoting the 40th anniversary Blu-ray DVD release of her iconic film Cabaret! Here's what she said:

Another Broadway legend is coming to Smash! And it's about g-ddamn time!!

We couldn't be more excited for this latest casting news…

Liza Minelli will be joining season 2 of Smash for a midseason episode titled "The Surprise Party."

NBC boss Robert Greenblatt is a HUGE fan and commented:

"I had the pleasure of working with Liza when we restored her landmark television special Liza With a Z at Showtime, and to see her artistry up close and personal is a thing to behold."

Oh, we can only imagine the fierceness that's going to come from this! Get your jazz hands ready, kids, because season 2 begins Feb. 5!
