Pip Pip Cheerio! Looks like someone is ready to meet the Queen!

Queen Victoria that is!

Mischa Barton wore a very demure, but quite frumpy Alice by Temperley cream dress with black ribbon to the BritWeek launch party in Los Angeles Tuesday night.

We actually don't HATE the outfit, but it's certainly a downgrade from her sexy outfit at last year's ball.

And while we wish it was more flattering, it does make us want to sit down and have a spot of tea with Mischa!

So damn frosty!

Mischa Barton was ivory lace perfection at the Fire and Ice Gala Benefiting Fresh2o at Lexington Social House in Hollywood on Thursday.

The actress turned designer wore a two-piece Katharine Kidd number featuring a high-waisted skirt and matching crop top.

The peek of belly she flaunted was tight and toned, and we love that she spiced things up with cherry red lips.

Very pretty, Mischa! You should dress up and go out more often!

Mischa Barton may not be lighting up any silver screens near you for the time being, but she’s certainly keeping busy!

The 26-year-old multi-tasker was spotted unveiling her new line of iPhone 5 accessories for UK-based brand Uunique in London last Thursday.

Exciting!

Dressed in a beaded & jeweled paisley print gown, bronze pumps, and a headpiece of her own design, Marissa Mischa was her usual boho chic self as she also presented the $302,985 diamond-encrusted London Lotus iPhone Case — the most expensive in the world.

Who on earth would drop that much cash for an iPhone case?! Insane!

While we’re not crazy in love with Miz Barton’s look, we don’t hate it either, and kudos to her for matching her outfit to the Lotus iPhone Case.

Now that’s dedication!

Was she paid to be there? We’re guessing yes.

Mischa Barton attended the launch party for designer Andre Borchers’s “Kin” collection in Hamburg, Germany on Tuesday, and she seemed a bit confused.

In her black cut-out jersey dress, red lips, and expertly curled hair, Mischa looked like a seksi Bond girl, except for that giant cartoon-print tote on her shoulder. Randomness!

We assume the bag was from the designer’s new line, but Mischa really should’ve said no to carrying it.

She also should've said no to her cornrowed companion and those geriatric Louboutins.

At least her face looks good! Let's just focus on that and ignore the rest.

Mischa Barton tried to one-up Nicole Kidman's look at the Melbourne Cup on Tuesday with a questionable ensemble.

Her maroon Ellery dress with sequin accents was a lot of things, but flattering wasn't one of them. It looks like a DIY toga gone terrible wrong!

Mischa's Louis Vuitton clutch and Philip Treacy fascinator were her saving graces, otherwise this would have been quite the frumpy unfashionable look.

Mischa Barton is a beautiful sight in black and white!

Volt magazine tapped the O.C. actress to cover their 12th issue, and since she's had such a wonderful year in fashion, she was definitely a perfect pick!

For the cover shoot, Mischa was photographed by Robert Charbonnet, and it's obvious the camera still loves her.

We could have done without the thumb sucking close-up, but the rest are gorgeous!
