Justin Bieber is used to playing sold-out arena concerts. But the 21-year-old pop star surprised patrons at The Nice Guy lounge in West Hollywood Friday night with a secret set. And PerezHilton.com has exclusive details from inside Justin's performance!
After hiding in the kitchen for half an hour, Justin emerged and took the small corner stage with guitarist Dan Kanter. A bodyguard stood in front preventing anyone from getting too close.

Wearing a fedora and leather bomber, Justin looked more crooner than pop star. The Biebs sang a set of 4-5 songs, beginning with a cover of NeYo's So Sick and his own hit As Long As You Love Me. Later, he tried out his new song Home To Mama, which was appropriate since his mother Patti Mallette was in the audience.
As he left the stage, Justin thanked the crowd and something surprisingly humble:
Pitbull and Ne-Yo brought one hell of a party to the American Music Awards!
The beginning of the AH-Mazing performance featured the host and performer slaying it with a sexy rendition of his greatest hits, Fireball and Mr. Worldwide.

Mr. Worldwide's rockin' performance included jaw-dropping explosions, fireworks, and a conga line of bikini clad women!!
Woah, talk about HOT!
After the hitmaker got the audience moving, his pal and collaborator, Ne-Yo, joined him on stage to deliver a scorching rendition of their smash song Don't Stop The Party!
The pair's awesome energy was BEYOND infectious — by the end of the performance, the entire audience was grooving along to the fun and seductive tune!
Amazing job, you guys!
Holy hat game!!
These fine musical gentlemen were all about the head accessories at tonight's BET Awards!
We saw Pharrell rocking a taupe noggin' topper with a variety of necklaces, while Ne-Yo continued the lid trend in black with similar neck beads.
Usher took a nod at history, wearing a Davy Crockett-inspired cap.
Lil Wayne used American Horror Story: Coven as a guide for his wide brimmed flopper.
And Chris Brown decided on smooth red velvet for his moment in the chapeau spotlight!
They were all fantastic in their own special way, but we want to know…
