The more you have….the more you WANT!
Paula Abdul is currently a judge on American Idol, though she wants to explore new options and career moves for herself. The former singer, choreograher, and dancer is now reportedly admitting that she might want to join the next season of Dancing With The Stars!
Uhmmm. HELLO, stoopid. You used to be a CHOREOGRAPHER!
Would it really be fair if a former dancer/choreographer joined the show?
Last month, the dancing show's host, Tom Bergeron, "accidentally" revealed that Paula wanted to join next season.
And now, Paula just told OK! Magazine, that "I'm just hypothetically thinking about it."
She continues, "It's all Tom's fault! I'm a huge fan [of the show]. It would be a phenomenal experience for me to be a student and to learn a form of dance that I've never been introduced to."
As for there being any conflict between the fact that she's currently on a FOX program and wants to join an ABC show, Paula says, "There's a thing called the 'off-season,' I think."
And to try and distance herself from being classified as a "dancer", Paula adds, "I was always a choreographer… But I've never been able to be a student and I've never done partnering. If I even dabbled with it, I had to be the guy and that's not fun. I want to wear the pretty dresses like the girls."
Don't we all want to wear the pretty dresses?!
Coincidentally, both AI and DWTS share the same time slot on Tuesdays. Their studios are also located right next to each other. Paula adds, "What are the odds that two of my favorite shows are so close to each other? I can throw my panties at Tom Bergeron!"
