We wish we would've taken ourselves out to this ballgame!!
On Wednesday, the LA Dodgers played against the Colorado Rockies, and even though the Dodgers lost 7 - 3, the game was still AH-MAYZING because it was a star studded night.
Everyone from Julianne Hough, her parents, Bob and Cokie Hough, Ginnifer Goodwin, Chris Tucker, Arsenio Hall and Paula Abdul were in attendance, so the night was definitely full of sparkle.
And seeing that the ballroom dancer and the Once Upon a Time actress even got to go on the field to throw some balls, the matchup was that much more spectacular!
We love it when celebs go to sporting events!!
Don't U???

"For me, exercise is the best mood pick-me-up to get those endorphins going. Even doing 20 minutes—sometimes I can only fit that in before I go to work."
- Fabtacular person and beautiful human being, Paula Abdul!

Paula Abdul is happy and proud of Nicole Scherzinger for getting help to combat her bulimia — something that we're sure everyone is feeling, even if Paula happens to be coming from a much closer place.
And we aren't talking about both being judges on The X Factor.
We're talking about how Paula herself overcame a battle with bulimia!

What's better than asking celebs straight up to go on record about their fitness and health techniques??
Nothing!
That's exactly what's happening on this Thursday's The Doctors, where they ask Paula Abdul, Denise Richards, and Chris O'Donnell what they do to stay in shape!
Paula, having just turned 50, uses the "GyroKenesis" exercise machine, which helps her stretch and provides therapeutic relief for old dance injuries. She even starts every day with a Calcium Cocktail to stave off osteoporosis!
Chris shares how he and his wife of 14 years braved the “back-to-school” vaccination process with their five children this past September — and Denise reveals how to have great hair!
Which we happen to have here… CHECK IT:

Ha! This is so funny!
At a recent baseball game, the Philadelphia Phillies played the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Apparently, during breaks between innings, the Philly Phanatic, Philly's mascot, has some time to get his dance on — but of course, he needed some help.
Which is why former choreographer/Lakers Girl/MC Skat Kat partner,Paula Abdul, came to the rescue!
Check out the video (above) to watch Paula cut a rug then almost fall off an ATV!

The city of Halifax hosted the second annual Bust-a-Move event — an exercise marathon that helps raise money for a women’s breast health center in Canada.
The 800 contestants will take part in a six-hour workout broken down into six fitness sessions including yoga and zumba. Each contestant had to raise $1,000 to take part in it.
This year Paula Abdul is hosting it (she’s not fitness icon, but she’s got star power to bring more attention to the event).
Exercise and charity combined? Such a cool idea!!!
