Perfect! Just perfect!
Like a diamond-tipped drill bit, her marvelous music bored its way into our heart and penetrated the depths of our soul!!
Hear her absolutely ah-mazing rendition of Just Be, the fabulous new single from her album Fall to Grace …AFTER THE JUMP!!!
And now FLOTUS has revealed the real reason behind the chop.
She was having a mid-life crisis!
During an interview with Rachael Ray set to air on Wednesday, the 49-year-old confesses:
"This is my mid-life crisis, the bangs. I couldn't get a sports car. They won't let me bungee jump. So instead, I cut my bangs."
Well, giving yourself a new look may not be as heart-pounding as bungee jumping, but it's definitely safer!
And way cheaper than a sports car!
We'll have to remember that if we ever feel a mid-life crisis coming on. Ha!

Rachael Ray was spotted signing new copies of her book over the weekend.
She and her co-author hubby John Cusimano were at the Central Library of Philadelphia, just signing it up!
We previously mentioned that this isn't just another cookbook… it's My Year In Meals a year in Rachael's life of food!
Seems like the whole event was one heck of an emotional roller coaster, not what you'd expect from a book signing!
If she wasn't about to make a ton of money off of it, do you think Rachael Ray would be just as animated about her new book??
Seriously! She has a ton of cook books out already, so we're wondering what makes this one so special — oh yeah, that's right! It's called My Year In Meals, and it includes PERSONAL recipes that she makes for herself and her family when cameras aren't rolling!
Rachael Ray just released a new cookbook… and it's not just random delicious recipes.
It's what Rachael actually cooks for herself when the cameras aren't on!
My Year in Meals gives a look inside her home kitchen throughout a whole year.
Such a good recipe!
Using cider, cranberry juice, agave, pears and, of course, some sake, he creates a quick and easy alcoholic beverage perfect for any party or occasion with guests 21 and up!
Yum! Now it's a par-tay!
