It is the only explanation for Rasinface Botoxface's clown costume!

We mentioned Monday that Rachel Zoe devotee/T-shirt designer Christopher Sauvé was bullied by the wrinkled one’s lawyers out of producing tees that featured ‘her’ trademarked words, I DIE and BANANAS.

Well, the artist has announced that he plans to fight the glorified celebrity stylist.

Sauvé has hired a trademark lawyer of his own!

He’s launching a "Free the Fruit" campaign to "free fruit from corporate trademark."

The artist said, “Fruits have been expressing themselves for ages in the fashion world for far too long to be trademarked."

He’s creating a T-shirt line that will feature "supermodel fruit" and proceeds will go toward funding his legal fight.

Sauvé wants your input!

For those of you who didn't watch her reality show (which is the majority of you!), 'celebrity' stylist Rachel Zoe loves to say the words 'bananas' and 'I die'.

Well, a devoted Rachel Zoe fan (yes, they do exist) found out the hard way that she has those two common sayings trademarked - or so her lawyer wants us to believe.

Dayum, Gwen Stefani, you missed out! Why didn't you trademark 'bananas'? We all know your song Hollaback Girl was the thing that really put 'bananas' on the map!

Anywayz, New York based artist Christopher Sauvé whipped up some t-shirts with those words to pay homage to his main girl only to be slapped down by the Raisinfaced one's lawyers. Apparently, since Rachel owns those trademarked words, you can't use them without her permission!

The smacked down victim said in a statement, "As a huge fan of Rachel Zoe I feel very sad that I couldn't express myself artistically with 'bananas'. But I have come up with this new design based on my favorite things from the 1980s… She uses celebrities every day to promote herself, and then she won't let a poor artist in the city do it in a huge recession with all these layoffs?"

Just die, bananas!

Nicole Richie attended the Byron & Tracey Salon Party in Beverly Hills on Thursday, which just so happened to be hosted by her was hosted by her former stylist, Rachel Zoe.

We're surprised Raisinface even gets gigs anymore!

But even more surprising is the fact that Nicole and Raisinface were hanging out at the bash last night.

By the look of that picture, it seems like they've gone from being frienemies to friends again!

Will Richie hire Zoe as her "stylist" again?

We definitely hope not!

Nicole is looking rather skinny as it is. She should only surround herself with positive influences in her life!

It seems several beauties attended the 11th annual 'Cracked Xmas' event at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Among those was the former fashion stylist to the stars, Rachel Zoe.

And, well, what else can we say about our Zoe.

She just looked…. interesting.

One of the New York papers reports that a freaked out Rachel Zoe has fled West Hollywood and set up house in an LA highrise.

The celebrity stylist's WeHo home was recently broken into and thousands of dollars worth of dresses and baubles were stolen.

Zoe is known to have good designer vintage stuff! The thief will be making some bank!

Raisinface has moved because she's afraid of getting broken into again and reportedly feels safer in a high rise.

We're sure she'll be extra nice to the highrise's doorman and front desk staff.

On Wednesday, Nicole Richie was spotted chatting with her ex-stylist, Rachel Zoe (who she infamously dubbed 'Raisinface' when they fell out), at the Alberta Ferretti store opening in LA.

Is everything really cool between the two or were they just playing nice for the cameras?

We hear motherhood does make one more compassionate towards others.

The only proof we need is her face, but for those of you who need more substantial proof that Rachel Zoe is older than she says she is, the New York Daily News is on to something:

Zoe has been ranting on her new Bravo show, "The Rachel Zoe Project," that she's so anal (and annoying?) because she's a triple Virgo. In astrology terms, that means she was born in the sign of Virgo, her rising sign is a Virgo, and her moon sign is a Virgo.

Well, our experts say that isn't possible if Zoe is 37 and was born on Sept. 1, 1971, as she claims. In fact, says our pro, she'd actually be five to 10 years older than that if she were indeed a Triple-V.

Raisinface sold herself out?!
